This was my first acupuncture experience, and over 2 months, I had 5 sessions with Nick. My initial acute hip pain was solved after the second session, and then came the fascinating work of adjusting some internal issues that I didn't even know could be adjusted. He was kind, funny, and affirming. And it didn't hurt at all. The sessions were deeply relaxing, almost transcendent!

I had a massage either Angelique and it was lovely! The environment at Palmgren is calm and feel my nervous system down-regulating. Looking forward to future appts!

I was new to acupuncture and a bit nervous, but Lynn is absolutely the kindest, gentlest person. Of all the medical professionals I've encountered in my life, Lynn is the best of the best when it comes to bedside manner. She explains everything, asks great questions, and, most importantly, LISTENS. For anyone considering acupuncture, whether for the first time or resuming treatment, I cannot recommend Palmgren enough. I would give 10 stars if I could. Lynn listened to my concerns and designed a treatment plan that has far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking acupuncture treatment. The office staff is also incredibly caring and responsive. Parking is easy, the office is easily accessible and booking and billing are hassle-free.

I highly recommend Palmgren Acupuncture. My right wrist was painful with any kind of movement. Lynn is so calm and caring and did her magic. By the time I went in for my second treatment, which was five days later, my wrist was already feeling so much better. The pain had subsided within 48 hours ✨ but I kept the appointment for preventative measures. The office is clean and relaxing, while the staff is friendly and welcoming.

After several years of addressing intermittent hip pain with chiropractic, followed by PT (after an MRI showed partial tendon tears), I decided to see if acupuncture could help. Several months of Lynn’s healing touch with acupuncture needles and her recommendation of some specific stretches have gotten me to the place where I can say my hip is pain-free. I continue to receive periodic treatments - which I find very calming - to support not only my hip but also sleep and overall general health. I am grateful for the healing work Lynn offers. I highly recommend Lynn and the team (Jessica at the front desk is such a calm, helpful spirit) at Palmgren Acupuncture.

I came to Lynn after suffering from severe sinus issues for years. I finally had a sinus infection so bad that I was having daily headaches and doctors were recommending surgery to address the issue. I knew there had to be a better way and was referred to Palmgren by a neighbor. After 1 session I felt tremendous relief and after 2 weeks, I was back to normal and living my life again. I will continue to see Lynn for sinus maintenance and all over health. She truly listens to all your concerns and cares!

I went in for an episode of chronic headaches. Lynn was my practitioner. She asked a thorough set of questions to address my whole needs, even outside of the headache issue, for the first visit. The start of each subsequent visit would lead off with a shorter revisit for the week. She would make recommendations for me to find more information and ways to deal with the headaches, and anything else. Examples: supplements or techniques to do outside their office. The facility is professional in its services and were prompt. I felt comfortable with the acupuncture treatments and always at ease with Lynn.

Kholood is a wonderful person and healer. I am so grateful every time I'm able to see her! Highly recommend!

I am a big fan of Palmgren Acupuncture, which has been a literal lifeline for me for 2.5 years. My acupuncturist, Kholood, is a gifted healer as well as a trained Registered Nurse. This combination is potent, as she understands both Eastern medicine (deeply) and understands where my other Western-medicine providers (PCP, etc) are coming from. I built a strong base with Kholood for 1.5 years before I was diagnosed with cancer, and was therefore better able to cope with my diagnosis, surgery, and recovery -- and to recover in a stronger, more supported way. I am a longtime yogi (have suffered from hypermobility/overuse injuries now and again in the past 20 years) and I am also a runner. My care at Palmgren has been supportive on both of these fronts as well. I have begun seeing Pearl for body work and it has also added to the non-invasive, holistic, game-changing tools of healing and wellness that I have already received as a proud, satisfied Palmgren client over years. I highly recommend Palmgren for their deep expertise, incredible understanding and practice of holistic healing rooted in Eastern traditions, friendliness and professionalism in the front office (thank you, Jessica!), and for being a women-owned business with mostly women/Women of Color on staff that I have come to depend on as key partners in my healing and wholeness.
