Dr. Luning is the best PCP I have had. He is thoughtful, nice, and a highly skilled physician (did medical school at University of Chicago), but the main reason I am writing this recommendation is because he always goes out of his way to help me, such as helping me get vaccines for traveling and sending me needed prescriptions, without delay. A terrific family doc.

My experiences with Dr. Luning have been all-around fantastic. He is personable with an impressive amount of knowledge and is a uniquely skilled healer. He seems to always go out of his way to help my save money on my prescriptions and services whenever possible, and does so with an enthusiastic smile. I have gone from doctor to doctor over the years due to changing insurance, but I plan to stay with Dr. Luning as long as possible.

Worst patient service people scheduling appointments. Very rude and unprofessional I am switching providers immediately after a 20 minute wait, then they hung up on me. When I called back I was patients in the clinic were more important.

Worst patient service ever! Waited 20 min to make an appointment. Then they hung up on me for because I was on hold too long. Also, was told patients on the phone are less important than patients in the clinic. Put on hold another 10 minutes.

Dr Paul Luning is wonderful at what he does. I've been a patient for 19yrs and Iam very satisfied at the results. He gives great advice for all questions ,He takes his time, never rushed and does not try to push anything on you. Office is clean and bright. good. A+ Thanks ,Wilder family .
