Run! Front desk rude! Did not notify that prescription is not authorized to fill and just dropped you as a patient for no reason. Cannot schedule appointment. Unable to bill insurance properly. See someone else.

Visiting Dr. Regina's office for the first time was a disappointing experience. She was inattentive, didn't allow me to finish my questions, she was in a rush and managed multiple patients simultaneously. The whole visit was around 40-minutes, she spent less than 10 minutes. I came with acne issue and she just gave me the template she uses for everyone. Using these products as directed burned my face, and no one answered my calls for a past 3 days. I asked if she can prescribe something to heal my acne scars - she said use sunscreen. Additionally, the office was unwelcoming. Instead of greetings I was rudely asked to come to back side by Katherine. The copay was $80.
