Only a weekend Doctor. During the week they never answer phone or return calls. Had an injury that required me getting medication from my primary. Called several times left numerous messages no return calls. Had to go back to emergency room because my primary doctor wasnt returning call. If you need a doctor during the week his office is closed. Only sees patients on Saturdays. What a Doctor.

Dr. Richardson is the best doctor I have ever been to. He is never in a rush and will figure out the best action of care for YOU. His team always goes above and beyond, whether it’s fitting me last minute or faxing paperwork I need sent. If your looking for a wonderful doctor then this is the place.

Dr. Richardson is one of the nicest, kind and knowledegable doctors that you will ever meet. When he comes into the room he gives you his full attention and listens to what you have to say. You never have that feeling that he has one foot out the door to run off to another patient that is very common with many doctors today. Seeing how Dr. Richardson takes the time to train so many future doctor's makes you realize what an amazing man he really is. Julie the office manager is fantastic with her bright smile and happy disposition. She will work with you with insurance needs and any other issue that may come up. I have been seeing Dr. Richardson for several years now and have always had a happy positive experience and would definitly recommend him.

No followup. Will not return phone calls when issues arise. Will not follow up on pharmacy calls or faxes.
