I have not visited Dr Joubran in years and she did a biopsy on nodules on the gland in my neck to check for cancer. I didn’t feel any pain at all. She is the best for what she does in my book.

The office staff is very pleasant and friendly. Waiting room is small. Wait time can be very long even when nurse has has taken your vitals. The visit with the Doctor is extremely short and she doesn't seem to take observations or recommendations by other doctors very seriously. Nor does she seem to really listen or have empathy for your concerns.

She is a great doctor, knowledgeable and the most important that she listen and helped me a lot in making a better choice for my health.

Dr Joubran always seems irritated to see me. She is never welcoming or accomodating- always blunt, abrupt, and somewhat tactless. For my last appointment I waited one hour past my scheduled appointment time just to have her in the room for less than ten minutes.

Dr. is knowledgeable and pleasant. Staff is super friendly! This is the best thing going for this office. Otherwise, be prepaered to wait....and wait. And then wait a little more.
