Took my family member there to follow up with MD. Soon as the RN came in we were immediately reprimanded for not using a sensor that we were never taught on how to use. The RN herself had a hard time separating her “personal opinions” from those of her patients. She walked out an said good luck with the doctor, she’s a lot meaner than me. Doctor came in and basically stated that we had “anxiety” about the treatment we suggested when there was no concern of that. She also proceeded to tell my diabetic grandfather that his diabetes was out of control when he’s had NO issues that stem from being a diabetic…. Mind you he’s been a diabetic for 20+ years and takes very well care of himself. I as his family had to walk out because I was baffled be the demeanor of the RN and MD. Let me also add that I work for the facility itself. Couldn’t believe the ignorance that took place. Would NEVER recommend the MD herself or her personal RN. They all need to work on their professional.

I have not visited Dr Joubran in years and she did a biopsy on nodules on the gland in my neck to check for cancer. I didn’t feel any pain at all. She is the best for what she does in my book.

Dr Joubran always seems irritated to see me. She is never welcoming or accomodating- always blunt, abrupt, and somewhat tactless. For my last appointment I waited one hour past my scheduled appointment time just to have her in the room for less than ten minutes.
