Horrible follow up/ response from your radiology team. Horrible service. Do not recommend. As if protocols were stone and not guiding parameters. Sonia and Mariana from radiology were completely incapable of realizing there are more than one way of doing things.
I wanted to thank the nurses and staff mainly Julia and Amanda. You were all very comforting and caring which made a difficult time so much easier because of your kindness and your warmth. Thank you to the nurses and staff for what you all do daily. It makes a huge difference.

Better service at a fast food restaurant Avoid if possible
My husband is currently in rehab he had a stroke I was told he should not take blood thinners or aspirin as they were a likely cause of of stroke today in hospital visiting, I saw nurse administer a shot of heparin and when he complained of his shoulder pain, they gave him aspirin. Never in all my conversations did they say heparin
RUSH Copley Medical Center treated me in the ER for a seizure. The care was exquisite, and the concern that all of the medical staff showed was impeccable! If you are ever in any medical need RUSH is the place to go!!!!!!
5:23 all 93% Reviews What don't you recommend about Rush University System for Health? Public ny husband has not been able to keep foods and liquid down for 2 years now...it's gotten worse..patent advocate didn't help..do you know what's it like not being able to swallow foods and liquid. He's thirsty all the time but, the water comes up. You, have neglected the care of y husband. I asked his doctors why are you trying to do more colon test if the prep wouldn't stay down??? His primary doctor refused to give him a IV fluids. she informed him that it has to be the last resort???? HE CAN'T KEEP FOOD AND LIQUID DOWN and I'm not sure if she understands he needs nutrition. What are these doctors waiting on??? The CEO said that Rush is about helping..
Horrible experience at the ER. 8/7 waited 5 hours and left because I had to go to work. Today it’s been 5 hours and all I had was blood drawn. No results yet. There’s a woman with a broken ankle literally sitting here. Another elderly woman with cancer and a broken hip. Another woman with covid symptoms left because she’s been here for 10 hours. Horrible!!! Rush don’t understand how patient care has finished so much
This hospital is AMAZING! My Mother was admitted on Tuesday (12/07/21) to floor 11 and all the doctors were wonderful. I especially want to give a shout out to her two nurses Grant and Holly. They were so patient with us and answered all our questions. They took their time and checked on her and us family and made sure we were all okay. Unfortunately my mother passed away on Wednesday (12/08/21). Even during her last breath Holly was there to make sure we were all okay. Thanks again!
If I could give 10 stars I would! From the start the hopital staff was pleasant. My Total Knee replacement went very smoothly, thanks to Dr. Denis Nam and his staff, including Reggie who checked in on me. After being cared for in recovery, my first nurse on in the tower on 3W was Tam. Not only was he caring, polite, and professional, but he also stayed with me a bit longer than his 12 hour shift called for. He made sure I was settled in, had my meds and even introduced me to my nurse for the night. Nurse Monet (not pronounced the French way)LOL, took very good care of me through the night and I enjoyed her bubbly personality. It made me feel even more comfortable. PCT Miki was wonderful and very encouraging. Thanks team Tam(m)iki! I was blessed to have Sandy as my PCT that evening/night to make me feel comfortable through the night. The morning after my surgery, nurse Myra was energetic and kind. She made the rest of my day and my discharge flow seamlessly, along with Jaqckie my PCT. Physical therepy was just enough and not too much thanks to Annette and Aaren (pronounced Areen).LOL. I like to also appreciate Donald from Transport who was not only patient bur gave me tips to help me at home. Natalia from Case Management was very kind to stop in to see if I needed anything as well as Suzette from Leadership(hope I got that right). I made a call to the Financial Counseling offince to get information and Sheena was vey pleasant and helpful. My short but pleasant stay was nothing short of miraculous because of the way your teams work so well together for my benefit. Thank you all!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
