I was very impressed by my experience at this Immediate Care. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, I didn’t have to wait long to see both the nurses and doctor. All of the staff was very kind, personable, and knowledgeable. The pharmacist was also incredibly nice and went above and beyond to be helpful. That was the best interaction I’ve ever had with a pharmacist by far. I can also confidently say that this was the best experience I’ve ever had at an immediate care/urgent care facility.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I have gotten myself tested for COVID at this place several times, and this is definitely my preferred testing location.They have appointments available at almost all hours of the day and night, enough to accommodate anyone's schedule. It's easy to book an appointment, you can do it by either phone or online. And you'll get your results quickly too.Basically, they're convenient and fast and require no referrals.And they certainly don't let you do it wrong either. My first test last year at a drive-thru testing location, they let me swab myself. I had no idea what I was doing and didn't go deep enough. These gals followed the CDC guidelines for swabbing and I know that my results were accurate thanks to their thoroughness and efficiency.I know some of their nurses are stressed and almost certainly overburdened. A few were a bit brusque with me in the past, but I wasn't the easiest patient at that time. I appreciated their professionalism and efficiency. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent customer service from all clinic staff and pharmacy. I love Dr. Holterman and want him as my primary doctor. Everyone is friendly and kind. My son was happy with his experience at this clinic.

I was seen May 17th 2021 and was told my Test results would be ready in Two days.I called 3 days later and received half of my results.Called back the next day and the day after to get transferred both times to the Lab and they didn’t answer.I was also told they would give me a call.The Doctor didn’t wear gloves and was half dressed in his “Doctor” clothes.This is during a pandemic mind you.Wonderful receptionists but unsatisfactory Care.I’d like to know my results so I can get the proper medicine to fix whatever is wrong.What a mess.
