He has not been in to see his patient. Nurse has attempted to reach him multiple times. She updates him via message system and his response time is unprofessional.

Communication is the worst among doctor and the receptionist. Always had to call and remind multiple times even after visiting doctor to get my perscriptions. Even after scheduling appointments, they make you wait atleast 1 hr and half before your seen by a doctor. They do not care about you as a patient, instead they only care about their money.

Dr Khosla is one of the most caring, compassionate, and personable doctors I've ever had. Not only is he concerned about your physical health, he wants to get to know his patients and make them feel more comfortable. It's so nice to have a doctor who knows exactly what he's doing medically, AND has a great personality - not too many doctors like that around. I feel very lucky to have him as my PCP. I absolutely recommend him to anyone and everyone!!!

My mother is currently in a nursing care facility in Oakbrook Illinois. This Doctor neglects his patients as in he does no see them at all when he is in the facility. Instead, he sends his students inside to talk to to the nursing home residents. What I saw next was that the students sat at the desk computer and seems like they were the ones putting in orders and such. I saw this as my mother whose lung condition was worsening had to sit there to not be seen by the Dr. Stay away from him.

I have had 2 appointments so far and went through Hell trying to get a response to make an appointment. His office NEVER answers the phone so I have to go through his answering service line and they can't page him enough until he realizes a patient needs an appointment. All I needed was a referral for another important appointment: those minor details aren't enough to get a response. If you care about a primary to get back to you, go find someone who cares. And his receptionist is rude N nasty
