List of Rania Agha's Reviews
Let me start off on a positive note: Dr. Agha herself is very friendly and easy to talk to. Her staff has always been very nice and friendly as well, so it eliminates some of the intimidation that doctor’s offices can give off. The interior of the office waiting room and patient rooms are very nice, and they even play music in the patients rooms. I’ve been seeing Dr. Agha for just under a year, and at first her friendly nature and upbeat personality were really reassuring. I’ve been having some eczema and other skin issues that seem to keep coming back. We’ve mostly done a lot of topicals and some changes of products I’m using since I started seeing her in January. I went back to her this month after my immunologist recommended me to see her again for my eczema. Her dermatology assistant came in and asked me some questions before Dr. Agha came in herself. We did the small talk thing of “how have you been?” and such before she started explaining to me what the new plan of care would be. She prescribed me a topical that she told me point blank wouldn’t work. She told me that she was telling me now what to say when I came back for my follow-up and that Dupixent would be the new medication that was going to change my life. She also told me to go to her preferred pharmacy because she doesn’t want to deal with the pre-authorization from my insurance. She then walked out of the room and her assistant came back with paperwork to fill out for the Dupixent. The appointment itself took all of 15 minutes with Dr. Agha only coming in for about 5 minutes at the end. She never explained to me what Dupixent was and how it worked. I went home and started researching Dupixent only to find out that it is an drug that deals with the immune system. I decided to ask my immunologist to educate me on the matter because I had no idea what that meant. My immunologist educated me about what it is, and that it’s a drug type that there’s no plan to really take you off of it in the future. It would also be an injection that I would have to get every 2 weeks to maintain. I was very disappointed because this was not any information that was given to me by Dr. Agha before just prescribing it to me. I think it’s really weird of a physician to tell someone that they’re going to prescribe them something that she knows actively will not help the problem just to prescribe me something that will make me keep coming back without educating me on any of it. I was under the impression it was an oral medication, not an injection that can only be administered by a doctor. Her appointments are so quick to the point that they feel impersonal. She’s very quick to tell you to buy something, whether it’s medicine she compounds in house, products she sells in house, or medication without educating you on what these things are and what they do. I will not be coming back for medical reasons. I cannot speak for cosmetic services and therefore will not comment on those services.
I can’t thank Dr. Agha enough. My surgeon recommended I go see her and she was kind enough to meet with me the same day. She made me feel hopeful that my ongoing medical issue would finally be solved. With her help, I’ve seen results I’ve spent years trying to reach, tears of joy! She is attentive, personal, and so informative. I feel safe in her hands. I just wish I met her sooner!
Very caring staff. My son's condition is severe and unique. Their professionalism and bed side manor were the best.. thankyou for caring for my son...♥️ Back again today, for me... Can't tell you how people who practice great medicine make the difference. I'm very grateful for having Dr Agha in our community. I see fresh new minds growing from their studies in this practice also. Thankyou.. 👍
I have always gotten great service from Dr. Agha over the years I have seen her. She is both personable and efficient, and is good at making people feel comfortable. She also goes above and beyond to make sure I get the results I want. I recommend!
Dr.Agha is the best she has been treating me for a long time my Rosacea and my skin has been under control since I have been seeing her she has also seen my son who was having problems with eczema and ever since I went she treated him and has never had an issue with eczema again. I recommend 100% Dr. Agha to anyone having skin issues you will not regret it she is the best of the best!
My first and last visit. I was sent to Rania Agha to simply have an old scar from malignant melanoma to be checked. Suddenly out of nowhere I was handed a pamphlet to prepare to have surgery on a varicose vein without her knowing me at all. Secondly out of nowhere without my permission she sprayed growths with a freezing solution. It did not remove the growths but caused me permanent skin irritation. Next thing I know I'm being scheduled for an ultrasound on my leg when it was supposed to be my arm. She gave my area of malignant melanoma no attention other than to say she could remove scar tissue She told her staff she was going to take care of me. I have Medicare and BCBS, she said if there was a remaining balance she would dismiss it. Well, guess what. I received a portion of the bill. I called to remind her and was informed she would not dismiss it. I would like to know what she plans to do with the irritation she has caused to my skin which I did not give permission to have treated. It was the strangest doctor visit I have ever encountered. By the way, I will not be paying the balance. We'll call it even for the suffering of the areas that were sprayed unexpectedly. I hope this doesn't have to go any further. I am still extremely confused by the entire experience.
Dr Agha is the best dermatologist. She takes her time to listen to you and treats you like family. I have a history of skin cancer and Dr Agha has watched over me . She is an excellent Mohs surgeon. I saw my dentist last week and he was impressed on how well my face looked and said your surgeon did an excellent job. I also had treatments on my varicose veins and my legs look and feel great. Her staff is very friendly and greets you by name. I am so lucky to found Dr. Agha.
Dr. Agha is an excellent, knowledgeable, and experienced doctor who treats her patients like her own family. She did my varicose veins and now my legs feel great! I also see Dr. Agha for skin-related issues. She’s an excellent Mohs surgeon. I highly recommend Dr. Agha!
This practice is terrific. Dr. Agha combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. She’s also an excellent surgeon. I had a very rare skin cancer diagnosis (Amelanotic Melanoma) and without the help of Dr. Agha taking the time to do a mole check (I was there for cosmetic reasons) I may not be here today. Also, the staff is very friendly and professional. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive on time for an appointment. She is not only professional but has been a friend for personal concerns as well. Highly recommend this practice.
Great dermatologist.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
