The turn around rate here for nurses is unreal. Most of the staff is just uncaring. It is hard enough being on dialysis and dealing with their incompetence can get overwhelming.

My husband is a patient there for 2 years now. The past 6 months the center has an extream employee turn around. My husband no longer gets the quality treatment he once did. Lack of care, calls not returned, doctor not showing up on clinic days on more than a few occasions. Therapy changes including medication bag changes, nurses not able to do simple math and program my husband's pd machine correctly, has him up for 4 nights in a row. Nurse had told him there was nothing else she could do for him. Baxter told my husband it was not his fault and the nurses kept blaming him for their incompetence . Making him feel like stopping treatment. It's hard enough to go through this, the challenges of being on dialysis...and then you don't get the care they need to get . We are on Medicaid here in Illinois, makes it even more if of a challenge. I won't ever forget him saying he was going to stop therapy because he felt like you were all treating him like he did not matter. This center needs proper management. An office manager who knows his/her way. Needs a doctor who continues to care about the patient and who knows how to get staff on board. I don't know any of the new staff, and when you have a high staff turn around it's time to review your practice. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed with Dr. Tauseef Saguroh and his staff.
