This facility is relatively easy to get to. However, it is located off of a very busy Vollmer Road. This facility is kept clean and the staff is friendly and diligent.

The virtual appointment did not take place. I logged in 15 minutes early and was in the waiting room on camera for 55 minutes with no response.

Been here since 2019, for Dr. Samson excellent doctor, but medical staff sucks! Recently I've been having a problem KEEPING my appointments. Its either the “dr samson changed his hours, we need you to reschedule”, “oh dr samson will be on vacations” and one of those time i showed up to the office postpartum just for the administrative medical assistant to tell me dr samson isn't in the office, and that they forgot to call and notify me!! I already have CKD stage 2, by the time i ACUAL get an appointment ill prolly be dead
