He was suppose to call me in October. Never called me on the day that was set up. I called the next day and he left for vacation. Never did I get a call. I made an appointment for February which was the soonest I could get in. Now they called to cancel because he is not coming in that early. The next appointment open is in April? REALLY!

Dr. Samson was ok but his office staff doesn't seem to know what's going on. Spoke with someone on the phone to get meds and an order for treatment but when I get there they have no clue. Even the girl we spoke with was clueless. Health Care should be about care. If you don't like your job you should not be in healthcare.

This physician instills hope in a better outcome and confidence that he can guide that outcome. The manner he uses fir patients caregivers and care providers is respectful and kind. I don’t think you’ll find a finer provider of kidney care than Dr Samson.
