2 stars is being generous, this office is terrible from the front staff to the "care providers". If going somewhere else is an option, please save yourself a lot of frustration and seek care elsewhere. Do not recommend.

When my husband called trying to get an appointment to get all his teeth pulled and got his heart doctor approved for the operation. They kept telling him that they didn't get the approvel and was very stuck up and didn't care about patients in terrible teeth pain

New providers, they are ALL excellent. Also under new management. Give them another chance, you won't be sorry!Plus, they take most insurances BCBSIL, CIGNA, Delta Dental, & IA and IL Medicaid for Dental, Medical and Behavioral Health!

The health care doctors, nurse practitionersand nurses are excellent. Apparently the dental side is ran by a very unprofessional dental hygienist.

I was in the waiting room (waiting for my appointment) this morning when a nice young woman walked in with her two kids. Apparently she was 5 minutes late for her first appointment and they refused to see either child. She begged and pleaded and explained that she had a flat tire in gladstone on her way. The administrator then got rude with her and told her they were dropping her and her kids. Then threatened to call the police when she asked for the medical records (after begging them to do the appointment). They then called the police on her and had her escorted out.Throughout all this the patient was saying this was the best dental place around and the office woman kept saying 'i know' in a very sadistic tone. And went on to basically say they call the cops on their patients fairly oftenFrom what I could tell it was the 'lady' running the office being rude to everyone.Very unprofessional!!!I told them it was very unprofessional and cancelled my appointment to get my teeth cleaned.I would not recommend this place. They dont care about you, or apparently, children.

This is a three star clinic and nothing more, its not the doctors its the equiptment. If you cant diagnos someone with a simple bump and bruise to send them to "monmouth" that couldnt get us in for three weeks and still charge me $200 to say well i just dont know is why they will never be more than three stars. Im sitting in burlington at the ER been here three hours, blood test done, ultrasound done just waiting an official dianosis. Dr. Reed was fine but shes very unsure of herself that was easy to see. I have a random bruise with a massive lump under the skinn....ohhhh just wait three weeks youll be fine....nuff said, take your helth seriously and go to burlington skip the bs session thats just a job to those people and i see that now._wcl

They are outstanding! Our FNP Michelle Hartman is always understanding, calls back, there when needed, knows her stuff, doesn't pull any punches, if she doesn't know something she finds out, she refers to the right docs if you need one. Won't trade her for another. Highly recommend.
