I have been seeing NP Jessica Gonzalez as my PCP for the last 2.5 years or so. She is a wonderful medical professional, very helpful when addressing issues and she always explains things very well so that I understand what is going on with my health. The staff there is also very knowledgeable and always has an upbeat attitude and a smile on their faces. Wait times are decent for a doctor's office, I've never waited more than 30 mins past my scheduled appt time unless other places where you can wait for hours. Highly recommend for primary care and for lab work. I have been to the immediate care and have never had an issue there either.
I had such a pleasant experience at this office yesterday! From the front desk staff, Leticia Eddings, all the way to my main doctor, Dr. Wilson! Leticia was SO helpful and patient! Sometimes I have to brace myself for interactions with front desk staff at doctor's offices, but yesterday I had so much anxiety about my appointment that I just let it consume me. Leticia didn't make me feel uncomfortable about the questions I asked, she was very thorough, and she answered every question with confidence. Normally, the front desk staff determines me returning or how long I take to come back (and not because of appt availability), but I felt so comfortable with Leticia I chose a new primary care physician and booked my next appointment for sooner than later. Thank you Leticia for easing my anxiety and stress about doctor visits! I truly appreciate you! God bless you!
Dr. Ericka Searles is an amazing gynecologist. She takes her time to explain complex medical issues in a way that makes you feel safe, seen and heard in her care. She has a warm approach and you never feel rushed. I am so happy I found her and quickly made her my primary gynecologist. It is a reason she is booked out for months!
Called to have prescriptions refilled for HBP; had told two different people the exact names of meds that were needed. Office called in WRONG MEDS. Then, when I call back, was told that there were NO NOTES of the meds I requested. I must have told each of them FOUR times what was needed. You get a different person each time you call, and nobody knows what anyone else is doing. Plus, you don't call the doctor's office at all, just a call center. Also, did survey after the call that said a supervisor would call me, and nothing. What a joke!
One star is way too much for this place, it a joke! My wife had the stomach flu and they said the couldn't see her she needs to go to the emergency room, so they sent us away without treatment. Do not waste your time going there for treatment because they won't be able to treat you! Unless maybe you have a hang nail then they might be able to see you!
I walked into this clinic last Tues feeling sick and miserable. At registration Ms Carolyn Marmalijo & Kathleen Cullina they took my info. I don't know how i looked or sounded but their reaction was one of worry, concern, so compassionate. They gave me priority to be seen. Impressive individuals. I am thankful
I actually have never met more rude front desk staff. At the initial entrance and at the doctor office corners. doctors and nurses are some of the best I've ever had, so that's why I continue to come. Someone's gotta train these front desk staff to be kinder humans.
I wish I could give zero stars. I came into immediate care being told I would have a 2 hour wait. I was given the option of waiting in the car or waiting inside. Being sick I opted to wait in the car. After 2 and a half hours I come in and ask what number I am. They say we cancelled your appointment you missed it. I said you asked for my number and said I would be called or texted. The woman rudely said she did. I said to show me proof as I had zero texts or calls. She refused. She said I emailed you. I'm literally waiting in the car. Who the hell checks their emails every hour. Not me. My work email maybe but not this. She tells me it'll be another 2 and a half hours without showing me proof. I called the Lemont advocate and was told to immediately drive over. After they heard my story they told me I wouldn't wait one minute and brought me immediately back. As I sat here waiting not even 1 minute the advocate in Orland calls back to "apologize" and tell me they have a room ready. That lady should get reprimanded for being lazy and lying to my face. No care or compassion. I will never step foot in there again. I live a block away. From now on I'll make the drive to a facility that cares about their patients. Oh and the lady has blonde hair, older, bad attitude.
This is ridiculous and truly unacceptable. Oct 25th, I went to the Advocate Aurora location in Orland Park, Illinois for a simple letter from my doctor Dr. DONNA WILLIAMS for a medical limitation letter. I have scoliosis where there is a steel rod from the top of my spine to the bottom of my spine. I cannot bend, lift or do any heavy activity that will inflame this area of my back. All of my history is in my medical file. I have missed 3 days of work and pay which is completely unacceptable. It's a simple task. I have called 6 times and i'm on my 7th call as I'm typing this letter. I went to the site 3 times as I live only 5 minutes away. I asked for a letter or a note to my live well portal. I GOT NOTHING. I talked to Petra Paige on Tuesday Nov 1st, 7 days later as she tried to state a form was needed from me for them to sign. If that is the case, why did it take 7 days and 7 calls for me to be informed that information. Which in turn was a lie. NO ONE CALLED ME TO TELL ME THIS, I HAVE ALWAYS CALLED. I used to have United health care/Cigna etc and I've been with this company for over 20 plus years and never felt the level of dismissiveness to this degree. Is it because I'm now under Meridian health care???? is that the case? I missed days of work. I still have yet to receive any phone call or apology from the main source which would be Dr. Donna Williams. Would she like it if she was treated this way? I moved to Orland Park which I switched doctors due to location. I was with Dr. Mandakini Pokharna and whenever there was a discrepancy I received a call from her. Some of these Doctors operate as if they are God and when the tables turn and they feel the raft of what they've dished to others, I guess then is when their humbled characters will come to surface. Carol and Nicole at the Orland park location that took down my information were the only individuals that treated me like a human being. Great energy and very attentive. Just because your name has PHD behind it does not give you the right to not give a damn.
Poor customer service, Dr prescribed medicationIm allergic to and it is listed in my chart as well as told to him. Back and forth phone calls for hours to get new prescription

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
