Cannot say enough great things about my time at Chicago IVF. Dr Schultz took the time to explain every step of the IVF process clearly, so I knew exactly what to expect. Ann was my nurse throughout my time, she made me feel so comfortable, she was always so positive. She truly cares about her patients. All of my appointments ran smoothly and timely. I can’t thank them enough and would recommend this clinic to anyone starting their fertility journey.

I will highly recommending Chicago IVF for all woman who has been struggling for pregnancy or unable to conceive. The doctor and the staffs are well attentive and helpful. My assigned person Ann who is very educated, interactive and call me back whenever I have a question or concern. Also including all the nurses, labs person and ultrasound staffs.

After 5 years of infertility, our miracle baby is finally on the way thanks to the incredible people at Chicago IVF. Thank you Dr. Brasch, Dr. Schultz, embryologists, Elena, Mia and all the nice ladies drawing my blood week after week. I will be forever grateful to you. For all of you reading this review, I want you to know that IVF is not easy. It’s long, it’s exhausting, there are lots of meds and shots, but there is hope and Chicago IVF can help! I also have PCOS and was terrified of developing OHSS (which I had before from a different treatment at a different clinic). The doctors used the right protocol to minimize the risks and I had no complications to the stimulation for egg retrieval; 32 eggs retrieved and no OHSS. My first transfer was successful and I am now 9 weeks pregnant! Thank you! Thank you! Best wishes to all of you future mommas!

really enjoyed joel as dr. he was really nice and helpful. felt comfortable the whole time. everyone is helpful and friendly. just wish they were open later so i could go after work as before work doesn’t work for me.

The addigital cost was threw the roof and never explained. First attempt failed and second one was delayed

I’m not the type to write reviews, but I have to share for the desperate moms. I was told by these people that the only way I’d be able to have a baby was through IVF. Told me my tubes were blocked and would be better to take them out and do IVF. I got frustrated by them being so cold and just about $$$ so I decided not go through with it and left it in gods hands. A year later i got pregnant NATURALLY!!!! Gods bigger than these doctors. Put it in his hands and don’t let them destroy your body!!! I’m so glad I didn’t go through with removing my tubes and doing IVF because now I’m pregnant. Trust God more than you trust these people that almost removed my ability to ever conceive naturally.

All of the staff here are so kind and organized! During my treatment here, I had the best experience. Test results were given in a very timely manner, I had access to them online within a few hours and my Nurse, Mary would call me the same day to explain everything and provide next steps. They did a great job teaching me about the treatment I would be going through before starting anything new. Fertility journeys are sensitive and can be a hard time for many people but everyone at this facility made sure to make me feel welcomed, safe, and well cared for. 10/10 I would recommend them!

The energy is great, and the workers are always sweet. Not to mention i’m in and out at my scheduled time.

It’s past the time frame they said they would have test results back to us. I’ve tried calling but after the main menu and I hit the dept I’m looking for their phone line just rings and rings and then suddenly the line will hang up (like someone answered and hung up). I’ve tried emailing as well— no reply. It’s frustrating when you’re already feeling like time is slipping away and you can’t get the answers you need. I would say my experience in person was better but… it wasn’t.
