Jannette Klepek's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Klepek is an amazing doctor. She has been my primary since I was five. I followed her from Loyola to Dupage. My mother is a nurse and does not trust anyone but her! She is truly a caring doctor, who goes above and beyond for her patients. She listens to your problems and concerns and takes them very serious. She will go out of her way to find the right care and treatment for you. I highly recommend her. I refer to so many and they will all tell you how happy they are that they switched to her. I am so thankful to have her as my primary.

Dr. Klepek has been taking care of my sisters and I for many years. She is knowledgeable, thorough, kind, caring, and always willing to listen. If I could give her 10 stars, I would!

I got a recommendation from a friend that said she's good, but unfortunately never got to visit her be cause her staff is rude and ignorant. I tried becoming a patient set me up with an appointment then called a few hours before telling me I have to go to a RED SITE in Lemont and risk getting infected as thats where they ask the people who have been diagnosed with Covid19 to go. I tried calling a few Drs. But since I don't have a family Dr. or they are trying to manage they're current patients. I finally was referred to another Dr. By an older individual that had her for almost 30 years and explained the situation exact same way and she had no issue seeing me even being completely honest about the whole situation. When I told her they are trying to send me to a RED SITE in Lemont she urged new not to go unless I'm not scared by being near confirmed cases. This Dr may be good but her staff is garbage and even the individual who recommended me said he's had issues with the staff and getting necessary paperwork needed for work Until she fires her staff and gets staff that is knowledgeable, I will never go there or recommend anyone there. Even after calling the RED SITE and explaining my situation and canceling appointment they said they're is no reason for me to go there. lt would of actually make made more susceptible to catch Covid 19. I cannot believe they don't care about there hippocratic oath to help people and protect them from harm.

I really liked Dr. Klepek. She seemed very experienced and knowledgeable. Her office seems unorganized, however. They mishandled billing with my insurance so my appointment was not covered, then refused to refill a prescription without another appointment. I’ll be seeking treatment elsewhere.

I love Dr.K...she knows a lot and is gentle,caring and loving

She has a terrible bed side manner, does not return calls from her patients, and has a total lack of empathy to senior citizens. If you don't mind her just leaving the room and not saying good bye, she's the doctor for you.

never responds back to me. doesn't take my issues seriously. def switching to a different primary care physician.

I really liked Dr. Klepek, she had a great bedside manner and took a lot of time with me to explain things, ask questions, and make sure I got everything I needed. Unfortunately her staff caused me so many problems that I've had to find another doctor. I take medication that requires a new script/approval every month. The staff repeatedly messed up the date on my prescription refill, causing me to go days without my medicine because the insurance company would obviously not fill it before the script was dated as valid; then her staff would react rudely and defensively to me, insinuating I was trying to circumvent the process to have my prescription filled earlier than 30 days apart; and further not allowing me to speak directly with Dr. Klepek about the problem. I should never be treated like this. Luckily, it's been a wise decision for me to leave, as my new doctor has advised me that Dr. Klepek should have actually increased my prescription dosage by 5-10mg over 2 years ago in order to maintain the same level of effectiveness. Unless all you ever require is a single annual exam, I would not recommend Dr. Klepek's office for your needs.
