Anna and Laura M. are both amazing each time I go! very patient, professional and detail oriented. They walk you through the process to make you comfortable, wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for injections:) the outcome is always perfect! Never looked better !!

From the time you walk in the door, with Sharon and Kelsey greeting you, to walking out the door, you are made to feel comfortable and like you've made new friends! Everybody is caring and it's very evident that they all love their jobs! Which is a huge plus!! I've been going to see both Ashley and Jeanine for years. I trust them implicitly and know that they genuinely care about each individual person. They listen to you want and make suggestions on what they feel would fulfill what your needs. You walk out feeling good about yourself, knowing that what you've done has enhanced your own natural beauty! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

I have been going to JEM MedSpa for almost 2 years for both botox and lip filler, Nurse Anna had done my most recent lip filler and overall such a friendly group of staff and always leave there with the highest satisfaction. Anna had done an amazing job and has the sweetest personality.

I have been going to Jem MedSpa for awhile and I absolutely love it. I see Michele K and she is fantastic. She has been my biggest fan with my goals and always makes me feel wonderful. Every time I walk in everyone at the front desk, especially Sharon, are so warm and welcoming. All around great experience every visit.

I got microdermabrasion and my skin feels amazing and smooth! Rachel is so kind, excellent in her practice, hilarious and makes everyone feel comfortable! I couldn’t recommend her and JEM enough!

JEM Med Spa is AMAZING, from the time you walk in until the time you walk out they all make you feel like the most important person in the spa, Laura is amazing and really took the time to listen to what you are trying to achieve, if your on the fence - JUST DO IT!!!!

UPDATE: I am 52 years old now. Jeanine is still the best. I can’t thank her enough. PLUS, I learned Jem gives 15% off to first responders!!! So grateful as it will help me not to skip services due to lack of cash. Beautiful place. Kind people. Jeanine is an artist. I cried when I saw my 49 year old face in the mirror after fillers and Botox because I looked so healthy, rested....dare I say thinner? Prices are very reasonable - especially for such a magnificent outcome. Facts: my eyes aren’t hollow anymore, face thinner, drooping jaw- vanished. I found Jeanine after asking a friend what she’s doing to stay so beautiful. So glad she shared her secret with me. Happy New Year if you’re reading this. God bless you. (I am a real person.)

I recently went to Jem Medspa, after reading all the reviews I felt confident in my choice. I was greeted by very friendly desk personnel and was given my paperwork to fill out. I wanted to discuss some fillers as I have recently lost some weight and looking a little older than I'd like. After meeting with my nurse Jeanine and getting answers to my many, many questions she was ready to get started. She performed my procedures with minimal discomfort and was extremely patient with me as this was my first time getting any type of this work done to my face. It was important to me that I did not look "overdone" and she was able to achieve wonderful results. I am very happy with my results and will definitely be a returning customer. Great staff, great care, great results.
