Very good doctor but the staff in front is the worse. They play political channels and refuse to change they or even turn it down. These women are not nice and liars, saying they couldn't even through the remove is sitting right next to her. I don't wish for anyone to lose their job but lying to patients and refusing to do anything, I hope she is embarrassed and gets down to

Dr Obert-Hong listens, offers suggestions, and recommendations. His manner is calm, and friendly. He is genuinely concerned about my ongoing health concerns and condition.

I saw Obert-Hong for a few years never getting good results from him. He had me on enalapril for high blood pressure and when he diagnosed me with kidney desease and also a sinus problem, he had no idea how to help me with either condition. After repeated requests for help on ways to lower my protein intake, I only got replies from some of his office workers telling me to watch my protein, drink lots of water, no alcohol beverages. I keep asking for specifics about what I should eat to accomplish that. Also I could not get any suggestions from him about my sinus condition. He finally had one of his office staff to tell me to see a specialist for both conditions. I made an appointment with an ENT specialist and the first thing he ask me is was I still taking enalapril. I told him yes and he said that was probably the way I got the condition. I made an appointment with a nephrologist and her first question was are you still on enalapril as it is the cause of my kidney desease.

I went three previous doctors who could not figure out why I was sick. Dr. Obert-Hong told me what he thought and ran tests to confirm it. He start me on medication and I am feeling so much better. I made appointments for my parents to see him.

I Needed a new primary care physician because mine retired. Read the ratings and made an appointment with Dr. Hong. This morning is the second week in a row his office called to cancel and reschedule my my appointment. When I told the scheduler that this was the second week in a row this happened and she offered for me to come in and see one of his assistants. What a bogus outfit. Don’t bother calling because having an appointment means nothing to them.

I pleaded with him to help me. He wouldn't. This was my last straw with Dupage Medical Group. After, I went to Loyola. They were far more supportive. They did more tests. Something was wrong with my liver.

Simply amazing. Highly professional, personal and friendly. Easy to talk to. Answered all of my questions. Set up needed referrals quickly and efficiently. Dr. Obert-Hong is the best primary care physician I've ever had.

I heard about the doctor from one of my coworkers and could not be more pleased. He is very knowledgable and was th first doctor to figure out what was troubling me. Very easy to talk to. He is very good with my kids and they like him. His staff was very nice and helpful.
