I wish I would have looked up malpractice cases on this guy before getting minor surgery from him that led to life long nerve injury. Worst decision of my life. Save your self and please, please do your homework on this guy!

dr rachel has performed 3 surgeries on me as well as many friends i have recommended. he is kind, informative, but most importantly does a damn good job @ making you look & feel your best. his nurses and office manager are also top notch. i drive 4 hours to see him for my procedures & would drive 10 if i needed to.

He does surgery in his office without an MD anesthesiologist to save $ and cut corners. It’s a chop shop. Beware!!!!!

Dr. Rachel is great but his office staff may be the worst I've ever encountered. Faxed documents were never put in the system, follow up never took place, and when I finally got a hold of them, they were rude and unwilling to help. I would highly suggest avoiding this office and hopefully Dr. Rachel will hire some new staff to match his high level of work.

So far, so good. I had a lower face and neck lift and one week post, I’m thrilled. Hoping each day continues to improve. I recommend based on my personal experience.
