They didnt want to see me and give me a refferal to do some blood work because i never saw my doctor before. Like its a bad thing not to go to the doctors

Bad customer service. Had an issue, they hang up on you and no one calls you back.

Good doctor, bad customer service. Cha in the office was very helpful, but another rep I talked to was not able to help me. They canceled my appointment without my consent, then when I called back to confirm a new date that they suggested, the staff had no idea what I was talking about. No follow up call, nothing. Now they tell me today that I may have to wait until July to get in. Not professional. I asked to speak to a manager twice, and was not put through. I have been going there 30 years. Nice treatment.

The worst patient service ever. 6 months waiting to see the doctor. On way to communicate with the front desk ,ask questions nor leave a message. The doctor is always overbooked . If I need immediate assistance I go too immediate care. I don't understand why the doctor is taking new patients if she doesn't have time to see them. So disappointed 😞

MD LINDA EVANS - BECKMAN is a VERY thorough doctor. 4 stars for the doctor!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It’s the MD staff (Rebecca) that’s rude, the ONLY reason for the 1 star. I went and had my annual physical and labs done because I needed the the new updated physical which is what the appt. was for. It could be on letter head paper with the md signature (which is what I got last year). I called NUMEROUS times and left several messages everyday for a couple of weeks, but no call back. Finally, I went to My Chart to get a message through since one by telephone was out of the question. First Rebecca stated “we don’t do that.” I said last year physical I was given letterhead paper” and I sent her the image from last year through My Chart. Long story short I received a voicemail message from Rebecca a few days later stating I could come and pick up the physical on letterhead. I went and pick up the document, which was folded in an envelope. I got home and looked at it and it was the EXACT same one from last year with LAST YEAR DATE and all, so it was no good. I didn’t even bother contacting the office back after that because I like to protect my inner peace while she continues to be stressed out 😰. She could have kept the wording but at least change the year of date. What type of nurse are you???🙄 I know an incompetent one who can’t handle the doctor’s ofc. day to day tasks. “ We’re so busy”. Well I’m busy too and I get it done. I could’ve printed out the same OLD physical myself. She needs to be replaced the doctors office life is TOO much for her. She makes rookie mistakes. If you’re gonna cheat Rebecca learn the rules.

Dr. Linda Evans-Beckman has be my doctor for over 20 years. I followed her from Evergreen Park/Oaklawn Illinois. I love the way she cate for me as a patient. Although I believe in holistic medicine. She respects that yet she gives it to be straight with Firm yet tender care of concern. She is Great!

Dr. Beckman is fantastic. I have been going to her for 12 years. I even drive a far distance to get to her. Unfortunately her staff is incredibly rude. One told me to find another doctor because I was having a hard time finding an appointment time that worked. Her staff is not compassionate and they seem angry to being doing their job. However Dr. Beckman is so great I stick it out.

I’ve been seeing Dr Beckman for the last 25 years. I’ve had issues with my legs and she couldn’t give me any clues of what it might be. She said I was getting old and that could be the cause of all my aches and pains. Well I switched doctors because she wasn’t helping me. My diagnosis was myotonic dystrophy. So I’m not feeling old at all I just have a disease that she could’nt diagnose. I’m glad I switched doctors!

Dr. Beckman is the best doctor I’ve ever had. In my 68+ years, she is the first and only one to spend time explaining things and making me feel secure.
