I loved the Surgeon and most of the staff. If not for the front office woman who checked me in, it would have been 5 stars. That woman talked loud AT me and not with me. I spoke very softly and I look East Indian or Hispanic. Talking to me loud doesn't make me understand English any better. In actuality I come from a British Colony and I speak very Good English. I was an elected official and a current Collage Board Trustee. Then she proceeded to show me how to complete the new patient forms by showing how to color bubbles to complete the form. I am not a 2 year old. Thank you any ways.

Everybody they were sealed was very polite and nice the doctor was wonderful tells you every little thing he’s going to do to you step-by-step really friendly I will always recommend him to a family and friends very quick in and out answer every question we had

Dr. Redondo's gave a simple explanation about my knee and that gave me confidence in him. I had a very good visit no surgery needed for now and the simple method first was a shot and drain my knee. Then follow up as I do therapy to get my knee less pain and feel better.

Dr. Redondo replaced my right knee 5 years ago. What a relief that was. Recently, my left knee became painful so the only doctor I would go to is Dr. Redondo. He assured me the pain was from arthritis and I wouldn’t need a knee replacement for many more years, just a cortisone injection for now.
