I am so happy I stumbled upon Dr Alex!!! He is so knowledgeable about blood work and holistic health across the board. My clients at Heatshock Fitness are able to have an all around wellness program because of him. Do not hesitate and book your first assessment. He makes it very personable and affordable so it becomes a lifestyle having a holistic doctor. Not to mention he’s down to earth and so is his staff!

After struggling with health issues for quite awhile , Dr Alex has used several protocols including acupuncture and B12 injections to get me feeling noticeably and thankfully better for the first time in a long time! His knowledge is beyond incredible, his dedication to his patients is admirable and his kindness is remarkable! I am very grateful to receive care from him!!

My husband just finished his second hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatment for long covid. His first treatment made a tremendous difference, and we are so thankful to have found Dr. Alex. It's a bit of a hike, but well worth it!!!

Dr. Alex’s knowledge on the systemic interactions within the human body is amazing. I have never had a doctor dive so deep into my medical history and offer a comprehensive plan. The technologies at his office are equally impressive and no other provider I’ve worked with has the qualifications he does using these technologies. I first came to Dr. Alex because of long term shoulder pain that eventually also turned into hip pain and sciatica because of covid weight gain. In the first consult, he not only took a deep dive into my back and shoulder pains but also into my health issues. Dr. Alex is amazing, caring, thorough, knowledgeable, and precise. He doesn't sugarcoat anything but is very caring in the way he delivers his message. If you are truly ready to get yourself on the right path to great health, do not hesitate to see him. If it weren't for his guidance, I would have probably given up. I have been visiting him regularly since early August 2021 and my aches and pains have drastically improved. Dr. Alex is a miracle worker!! I came to MEDI Health & Wellness for my TMJ Disorder. After several years of suffering with pain and discomfort and multiple doctors and specialist not fixing the problem, I didn't know what to expect. I'm blown away by the results I continue to see! Dr. Alex does not just mask the pain, but will do whatever it takes to actually fix the issues. He cares about his patients and is very knowledgable.
