This doctor is arrogant who is rushed and doesn't care about his patients. he misdiagnosed me despite my PSA and then when I tried calling him after a second opinion he refused my call and sent his billing department after me. stay away

We were referred to him by my son‘s pediatrician. I liked the doctor he answered our questions and spent time with us. However Mary at the front desk is beyond rude. We had a total of three appointments two of which we were turned away because he had an emergency, which Mary said after we had gotten to the office “I was going to call you” and Mary said we had the wrong day even though we confirmed. Mary actually said to us “we are doing a favor by seeing you”. If you were doing us a favor you should return our money! We will never go to this office again.

Rushed me through multiple appointments, dismissive of my questions, not forthcoming with what to expect, left multiple appointments without asking if I had questions or even saying goodbye. Going to someone else moving forward

Dr. Herzog is GREAT he will listen ask the patient for their needs and wants. He is a blessing and I have been to 2-3 doctors and he's the only one who will listern. H e will ask about family and is very friendly. He is GREAT I see him for a check up every 6 months.

The week prior to seeing Dr. Herzog I suffered a severe UTI with acute prostatitis (PSA = 29) and fever. I was treated with antibiotics by my NP and she did a wonderful job helping me to get better. (I did NOT have covid, btw.) When I saw Dr. Herzog I had been afebrile x4 days but not feeling 100%. From the moment he entered the exam room he was unprofessional by raising his voice towards me as if I had no business being there. Till that moment I had been a long time patient of his and now I see someone else for any GU issues.

I have been seeing Dr. Herzog for 20 years, would never consider leaving his practice. He is a excellent doctor, compassionate and caring. Makes you feel comfortable at all times. Highly recommend !
