I have been coming here for almost 11 years now for my 2 sons, my husband and for myself. We absolutely love this place! The staff is very friendly, the Doctors are all very knowledgeable and friendly as well. I’d definitely recommend going here to anyone looking for a great place to take themselves or their family!!

The doctors are very nice. My big problem is they tell you the wrong copay. I told them repeatedly that I didn't have a copay since I met my max out of pocket. They kept telling me that's not now max out of pocket works. Well I do know how it works for my insurance since ever since I met it I stopped paying for everything. Even if they were right for argument sake, the copay they told me was wrong. Not going here again.

The NM app is stating walk in okay but when arrive, there was no one waiting but did not accept walk in and asked for apt

Dr Dubois was an amazing doctor to see for my child. He was thorough, respectful and really good with kids. The staff were amazing really friendly. Loved coming here. First time experience will be back again if my kiddos or myself get sick. Thank you guys for everything 😊

If you are seeking for a treatment that you think may require an immediate blood results due to your medical history, don’t go to the NMH Immediate Care in Orland Park. Go to Silver Cross Urgent Care! Silver Cross Urgent Care is more equipped to provide a better service! However, if you want an empty waiting room, NMH Immediate Care in Orland Park is the place for you. NMH Immediate Care in Orland Park is also NOT A COMPASSIONATE PLACE! The PA provider did not reflect the Core Values of NMH!! Very condescending!

This place is 10/10! Check-in went quick and didn't have to wait long to get seen! Front desk staff are super friendly and straight to the point. And Dr. Hartnett! She made me feel so much better about my open wound! I came to have my stitches checked out and she explained everything about wound care and cleaning that the other hospital did not. She made me feel so much better!! and I feel confident and less worried coming back to actually get the stitches removed. Thank you so much 🙏

I took my mother to the clinic and everyone was so friendly. The wait time was about 10 minutes. They took walk-ins and Medicare. I give this establishment 5 stars. Great job to the nurses. I will also plan on going there. Great job nurses........👍
