Oxygen Med Spa's Online Review Report Card

I always have great experiences when I go to Oxygen Med Spa. The staff is very friendly and the place is very clean. I am always taken right away. My favorite is getting the HydraFacial.

I’ve visited about 4 or 5 times now for microdermabrasion (which for some reason has become harder to find) and I think every time I go the service gets better! The girls are great and the owner is wonderful. I’ve had micros that were done as fast as possible and I’ve had ones the way Terry does them. She took her time with each pass and went section by section. She’s conscientious throughout the treatment making the entire appointment as rejuvenating as it is relaxing. 10/10 would recommend.

i have really sensitive and acne prone skin and everything was removed in one session. i got a micro dermbrion and my face has never been this smooth.

Terry is very pleasant and professional. Thus far, I am very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend this lovely establishment!

I went back and fourth between dermatologists and different products trying to clear my skin. Nothing was effective on my skin and I even had an allergic reaction to the product my dermatologist prescribed to me. I came to this Spa looking for another solution and I was honestly amazed. The staff was so nice and welcoming; the spa itself was also very clean and tidy. The first service I did was a carbon facial. I did this service with Terry Ramaha. My skin looked brighter right after this treatment and over the course of the week it kept clearing up and looking better. I came back 10 days later to do another treatment with Terry. I did the Co2 resurfacing treatment, and again I was in shock due to how different it looked right after the treatment. I rate the spa 10/10, truly amazing.

I’ve been coming to oxygen laser since March and I did the 8 session package deal and I’ve noticed a difference just from the first session. I have really thick black hair and I used to do wax every two weeks and now I only shave it before I go the session its gotten so much better. Today was my 5th time and I only have 3 more to do and it was so worth it I’m in love with my face the discoloration went away and my face became brighter ❤️ The staff there are the sweetest people and they really take care of you which make you comfortable to go back. There laser machine works great and is very quick. It dose stings a little but that’s very normal other then they are amazing I will definitely go back and do my full body!!!!!!! ❤️❤️

I’ve been coming here over a year. I get a monthly Facial Microderm - nice cleanse, extractions, microdermabrasion, upper body massage, and cool mask. It’s a nice relaxing hour, great price, great service, great place! 5 ⭐️

Ladies are very nice and accommodating to make clients feel great. Terry is absolutely amazing Rosie is excellent as well. She takes her time to listen and help you.

I'm so glad I found this med spa! I had the worst acne and worst black heads I've ever had and nothing was working on my skin at all. Found this med spa and had a consultation with Terry l. We decided a carbon facial would be the best for my skin and she was right! My skin has never felt clearer and smoother! Amazing experience I come back once a month!

This was the worst spa treatment I have ever received anywhere & I suspect that these 5 star reviews are fake. I have received many spa treatments but this was my first TCA chemical peel at Oxygen in Orland Park & the lead person came into the room & interrupted the person doing my treatment to complain to me about my sister who she was providing service to in another room. She talked nonstop about my sister being upset because she didn't wash her face first before applying the VI peel which had nothing to do with me & that conversation could have waited until after I was done receiving my service. But no, she stopped the person from completing my service & said that she would do it. She applied one thin layer of the chemical Peel on my face & hands for 4 mins & said she was done. I asked about the hand resurfacing she promise to give me free & she responded that she was no longer going to do that because of her conversation with my sister. Again, what does that have to do with me & there was no changed to my skin after receiving the Peel. I got a TCA chemical Peel today @ a different spa & she applied 4 heavy layers of the chemical Peel, cleaned my skin before & after as well as applying a mask after the chemical Peel along with aftercare instructions for $140. Oxygen charged me $200. & didn't even give me a real chemical Peel. This place is very unprofessional & rips customer's off for the product they paid for. Run, don't walk away from this place!!.. They are a lawsuit waiting to happen because you have to clean the skin first especially if the customer has retinol on their face which can lead to a negative interaction. I did call to resolve the issue but never received a call back.
