This place is amazing! Great staff!! Definitely my go to doctor when my personal physicians are not available. They always have appointments available and the wait times have never been more than 15 minutes.

The experience was wonderful. Tinley Woods Surgery Center was easy to find. We didn’t have to navigate a huge facility to find the center. We were greeted right away and then went over paperwork. All told we waited about half an hour to get checked in and the time I was called to a room for prepping. All the staff involved in my care were so nice; the nurses anesthesiologist and Dr. I will continue to chooses Tinley Woods should I require other surgical procedures. Also can’t forget receptionist; she was exceptional too!

From the receptionist at the front desk to the nurse who weighed me in and gave me the eye exam to the practitioner who performed my check up, they were wonderful. They treated me with respect and as a person they had known for years this is a plus plus plus since many urgent cares lack this quality do not lose them They exemplify what’s good in people.

This place is great, staff are friendly and professional, never a long wait time for urgent care. PA Matt was great, attentive, kind, took time to thoroughly assess and explain everything.

I've done work physicals at other places but this was my first time here. I was greeted immediately, registration was quick and the wait area was nice. Liz called me to the back and apologized for the wait (which wasn't bad compared to the wait at other places) but she was polite and respectful of my needs the entire time. Matt did my exam and I was on my way. I'd rather come here for all work related physicals in the future. I did come back for my TB test results and again, I was in and out on a Sunday!

Great experience overall at this clinic. Made an appointment online and was seen almost instantly by Dr. Amani Elayan. She was very thorough, quick and compassionate. I was quickly diagnosed with Flu A and given options. Treatment was given and I was on my way. Dr. Elayan wanted me to take meds right away but I hadn’t eaten, so she was sweet and got me some snacks and water. One of my best experiences at an immediate care clinic despite how bad I felt. Highly recommend.

Dr. Amani Elayan is truly an exceptional physician. I have never experienced that level of care and attention from a medical professional in my life. I came in displaying clear signs of a severe asthma attack and she wasted no time jumping into gear. She was patient, kind, honest and most importantly I knew she cared about my well being. Thank you so much Dr. Amani. Also thank you to the evening staff in general, everyone was so pleasant and so friendly.
