my appointment was for noon and my text told me to come 15 minutes early so I was there at 11:45 and I didn’t get into a room till 1 o’clock. I was supposed to pick my daughter up at school and was not able to I had to find transportation for her if you schedule appointments, I can understand waiting 10 1520 minutes but over an hour is ridiculous.
