Scott Schieber's Online Review Report Card

If you have read "saif humaid's" review I want to piggy back and say this is the EXACT experience I had today, Aug,17,2022. I wanted to make an appointment to check out a sore throat (my kid had strep last week) and was told, and I QUOTE, "We don't see patients with symptoms." I was FLOORED! A Dr. office who doesn't see sick people!?!?! Next are we going to see auto mechanics who only make appointments for cars that are running without problems? I have been a patient of Dr. Schieber on and off for approximately 10 years, and now will be looking for a different primary, one who will see patients when they need a DR., when they are sick !

Listens to the patient, explains things well, appointments are pretty much on time, great doc!

Had him for 18 yrs. along with my mother. I had a hospital stay and when I got out made a follow up appointment with him. Told his nurse he should look at my record from the hospital so he knows what is going on with my health. When I went to see him he knew nothing of my hospital stay. Then to make is worse his staff was supposed to get me a nebulizer and the woman called me up and told me I had to find a medical supply company that provided nebulizers for Medicare and to let her know. This was not my job to do so. The office is Dupage Medical Group and I called the main office with a complaint about it and nothing was done. I have a new Dr. now and he is awesome.

I have been with Dr. Schieber for 30 years. He listens and takes his time to help figure out what's wrong. The best doctor I have ever had.

Dr Scheiber has been terrific . I have been going to him for about 30 yrs. On my recommendation, my wife , my employer, and work associates also now go to and trust him. Referrals for surgeries from him have always worked out fine.Ease of appointment, spends time listening, and always has the right answer. His nurses are all great also and get back to me as soon as they can.

Dr Schieber is an outstanding physician. He always takes the time to listen to me, asks questions to make sure that I am explaining things clearly so that he understands and then confirms his understanding. He then clearly explains what the condition or situation is, and discusses options for treatment so that I can participate in my health care decisions. His manor is calm, and patient centered. I will not go anywhere else.

I have been under Dr Shieber's care for several years now. I would not seek care anywhere else. He identifies what's bothering you and takes great pain to ensure he fully explains what tests ( if any ), he believes are actually necessary and what to expect. He is plain talking and ensures that you the Patient is comfortable and fully understands and agrees with any and all next steps. His staff from the front desk, the nurses , and the Lab tec's, all go the extra mile to ensure your comfort. They are genuinely concerned for your well being.

Dr. Scott Schieber is our family doctor. He is very thorough, thoughtful and personable. He always checks with each of us on our most recent visits to assure we are over any complaints or conditions we experienced. He always asks if we have any questions that he can address before we complete our office visit. He always asks about our family and closes with a greeting for my spouse. We are always impressed with his bedside manner and straight forwardness. We highly recommend Dr. Scott Schieber!

Wonderful doctor. He saved my husband's life. He listens he understands he's compassionate. More doctors need to be like him. He's not afraid to try other methods if one doesn't work.
