Do not go to Dr. Bennett. I used to see a different provider in this practice and loved her. Unfortunately, because I hadn’t seen her in a few years, when I went to make an appointment they told me I’d be considered a new patient and an appointment wouldn’t be until March 2022. This was back in July. Dr. Bennett had same day availability for a new patient, and now I think I know why. I was seeing him for some odd back pain that I had already had an MRI and X-ray done for and had gone to physical therapy with no improvement. When I saw him, I asked if he could refer me to a cardiologist, bc I had a heart issue in the past and was concerned about a new one if the pain was not getting better and I would randomly have chest pain, too. I also was experiencing a high resting heart rate and shortness of breath after mild activities. He ordered a bunch of tests and said he needed to do them before he referred. I then spent the next month trying to schedule certain tests that they were not able to work around my work schedule for. Then when a test result was posted to my chart, it took weeks for them to call to go over the results. It also took multiple messages from me with weeks passing to even get a response to a question through my chart. It’s impossible to speak to him over the phone, each time you call you are required to go through a triage and are very rarely directed to someone who can answer the question. Today, I finally got an email that my test results from a heart monitor I had in AUGUST are just now available to view in DECEMBER. I will definitely be going somewhere else to see someone who will take my health seriously.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
