My son was born premature so Dr. Arora has been my son's doctor since birth. He is very hands on and takes good care of his patients. Best doctor ever!

I have been bringing my kids to dr Arora for nearly 20 Years snd I am always on time. Sometimes early.. we have freezing temps and today I had car trouble and was 25!minutes late....(I had to drive to evergreen)the receptionist was rude and wanted to reschedule me for tomorrow...I live in Orland Park. My son has the flu and was absent again from school... still feeling horrible... The waiting room was empty and she wouldn’t take us!!’ Dr arora is like a family member but new girl is horrible!

Receptionist are very rude and leave you on hold for ever! Manager very unprofessional and medical assistants to busy talking about personal things..sad place to visit and the Orlamd Park office no one ever return your calls!

Dr. Arora is a wonderful pediatrician, very knowledgeable and patient with me and my children. My children have been seeing him since birth and that was 5 years ago! The office staff is very caring, down to earth and try their best to make an appointment around my busy work schedule, I will recommened him to anyone seeking a professional and loving pediatrician

Dr. Arora is wonderful and being in the waiting room for as long as we are...parents agree that their child wants to see HIM. Many times they are not told that there is a different doctor, doesn't upset me, but I have seen many parents get really aggravated. My main issue is the staff!! WOW, if you can even get an appointment-BLESS YOU! Unfortuantely, the girls are VERY unprofessional-talking about personal issues, language in front of parents and overall attitudes. The office could be cleaner too. Hopefully for Dr. Arora's sake he will rectify this ASAP.

DR ARORA IS VERY CARING AND COMPASSIONATE. HE TAKES VERY GOOD CARE OF MY DAUGHTER AND I AM ALWAYS HAPPY WITH THE VISIT AFTER LEAVING. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE
