Dr Chelsea Dorsey(Vascular vein surgeon) destroyed my body, lied to me about my test results and then refused to see me. My body and my life will never be the same. Wish I never went to see her. She is inexperienced, ignorant, dishonest, irresponsible, unprofessional, unethical and immoral. She is more worried about her career than your life. She is the biggest mistake of my life.
All of the doctors are great! However, the front desk is absolutely terrible abd RUDE!
We visited the Neurology department and was blown away from the minute we walked in the door. The professionalism and kindness displayed made us feel at ease. Dr Ramos took the time with my Mom explained things to her so could understand at her age that means a lot
I love this location and the staff is great, however, I was visiting this morning (9-17-2025) for infusion services and asked the young lady at the front desk (African American, blonde braids) what floor was infusion on. I even said good morning before asking. She was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional towards me and rolled her eyes. All because I asked a question. This behavior is unacceptable and nasty! Do better.
HORRIBLE communication skills from/by the support staff. My primary Doctor has amazing talent, he referred me to Orthopedics. The medical assistant was SO CONFRONTATIONAL I nearly walked out. Do not subject yourself to this abuse. The greeting staff in the Lobby is also caustic! I’ve never ever been mistreated like this from ANY other health provider.
Definitely do not recommend doing any type of business with a company that has staff members saying not to have empathy for charlie kirk.
Shout out to Dr. PK she has wonderful bedside manner and I feel heard whenever the need to make an appointment with her is risen. And the desk staff are always kind as well
I have type 1 diabetes and have been seeing the endocrinology team here for a couple years now, and I’ve never felt more confident and comfortable with my care than with them!!! I see Dr Hassan, and Dr Kunjal, and the way they talk to me like a human being, and not some test subject who never does well with her health, is just amazing!! I used to hate going to the dr because they’d all just remand me and scold me. My last Dr appointment my A1C was higher than usual and Dr Kunjal said “what can we do to work on this” and I swear I almost cried from the amount of consideration I felt!!! Great care, great concern from my doctors, excellent communication with responses through the app within 24 hours. No complaints ever!
I love my doctor at the Orland Park office; however, I am frustrated with the billing practices of the lab at that facility. During a doctor's visit, the Physician Assistant administered a COVID swab, and a week later, I received a bill for $880.00 for a service I could have gotten at CVS or Walgreens for much less. When I called my insurance company, they informed me that the lab is owned by the University of Chicago Medicine Hospital, which resulted in billing me for lab work as if I were at the hospital itself, even though I was at the Orland Park location, which is not a full service hospital. I am extremely upset that I had to meet a deductible for a COVID swab because of their poor billing practices. I will never have any lab work done at that facility again.
I saw a neurologist at this clinic about a month ago and I still feel very frustrated. Although, he was very nice, and the neurology resident who attended me as well, I felt completely dismissed. I had been in a serious car accident which resulted in a ringing in my ears. My attempt to find a better understanding of what if anything I could do to heal this condition, only lead to my being told it was probably going to happen anyway as I am in my sixties, and to try to relax. The visit was not only useless, but added to my stress, as I responded to their kindness with gratitude and did not voice my opinion at the time. Kindness is wonderful, but cannot take the place of honesty. In reality, they had no answers as to what to do. This condition unfortunately is difficult to treat and there is ongoing research being done. So what is so difficult about just saying, I'm sorry I cannot help you? Instead of trying to make it seem like it was inevitable and you just need to relax. I am as relaxed as anyone can be with constant ringing in my ears, and this was the result of the accident, not my age. Full stop. I would not recommend seeing a neurologist at this clinic, unless you are only in need of soft tones, and " kind empathy."

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
