List of Edward-Elmhurst Immediate Care - Oswego's Reviews
My husband came in to Urgent Care on a Sunday afternoon. He hurt his finger pretty good and it was bleeding. After an xray to make sure it wasn't broken, the best they were gonna do for him was a bandaid. I asked them if they could at least wrap his finger for him. The lack of care was very disappointing. Medical care isn't cheap. I could have stayed home for a bandaid!
We have been here two or three times now. Each time I am impressed with how friendly and pleasant the staff are. The optimistic, upbeat attitude of everyone that works there definitely stands out and makes the experience enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a walk in care clinic! Their service is par to none!
This is a great place to go when you need urgent care. The Doctor’s, PA’s, RN’s and Techs are all very knowledgeable and nice.
This group is so great to work with. Never have to wait too long and they all are so kind and friendly.
Editing review to say a manager called me and fixed the problem for me-. He was very kind and considerate and a great asset to your team
Everything went fine, I did not have to wait long to be seen and diagnosed that I indeed did break 2 ribs. I would, however, like to have a copy of the X-ray for my own records if possible. Thank you
The staff was friendly and fast I was in and out in an hour and got my results right away.
I discovered this urgent care when I moved near by and had to go because I felt sick if few years ago. The staff the nurses and the doctors are amazing here! They treat you with such compassion and care.
First off this is a immediate medical center not a covid testing site. This has to be all about making money because the staff was so overwhelmed with patients that they had to put signs on the door not taking any more registrations. All this covid testing needs to go elsewhere because all this is doing is putting a strain on a center that is not even being used for strains, breaks, minor to moderate health conditions that need to be addressed by only an immediate care instead of an ER. My wait was 2 and a half hours with most people being tested for covid. After 2 and half hours I called the facility from the parking lot and they stated they had me in the room according to there computer. I clearly was still in my vehicle. I came into the facility sat for about 2-3 mins and was called in. Once I made it into the room I waited for the nurse. The nurse was very nice understanding and was trying to help understand what was going on. Then the APRN came in and was out as fast as he said his name. He worked straight towards his covid suspicion even though I literally had a test a few days prior and sent me on my way. I was having alot of symptoms of Covid but as we all know there's many of viral infections that have the same symptoms. The report also stated I was a local farmer which is really weird because I'm a not even close to a farmer. This place was very inattentive and overwhelmed. Should be only an immediate care and nothing more. It's causing overloads of people to go everywhere else for things that can and should be treatable by these locations.
This urgent care is a life saver. I've been here for stitches, illnesses, and routine exams and every time they are wonderful. The staff is warm and friendly and treat you like a fellow human.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
