It was a challenging day for the staff since they had an emergency. They were however, very nice even in the manner of telling me that I had to wait for 4 hours as a walk in pt. I didn't wait that long and spent hAlf of the time in Walmart

Wouldn’t recommend for walk-ins they’re horrible. 2hr-4hr wait times.They do not even have high volume traffic. 👎🏽

I had gotten something in my eye and I went to your facility to get some help. The first visit was yesterday and the female Dr that took care of me, took care of me with care and was awesome at her job. She was as gentle as she could be and explained everything she was going to do to me, even though it was agonizing, and then by the time I got back to your facility the following day for a follow up to deal with another female Dr, my eye was feeling much better and that Dr treated me the exact same way. You guys have a great team and I am happy to be a patient with your team. Thank you all. I had gotten something in my eye and I went to your facility to get some help. Waited in a room for almost 2 hours, I understand a wait but going in sick and waiting for 2 hours after being seen by a nurse is insane I was walking out when the doctor finally arrived. I had an appointment and if they were that behind a phone call would have been appreciated. Also in room 1 there was dead bugs, dust, and crayons behind table which shows how dirty the faculty is or that room isn’t truly cleaned. Will not return, as nice as Doctor was. Medical Assistants need to be more prudent with weight measurement. Especially when medication dosing is weight dependent. An error was made during our visit. Overall, the visit was pleasant.

Scheduled an appointment for 12 and have been waiting about 45 minutes. But, that’s not the big issue. While I’m waiting one of the nurses or physicians come out to the receptionist discussing patient information and providing including full first and last name as well as location of her job and the exact name of the school where her case took place. And what kind of injury she has and what caused her injury. Total violation of HIPPA Im very VERY disappointed. Now I wonder how secure my information is.
