Excellent staff, especially Kristen Wampler, my compassionate and caring physical therapist. I had tried 2 other local establishments over the years and felt disappointed in the quality of care and I’m the lack of concern for patients’ total well being. Chronic pain and depression go hand in hand, and a good therapist encourages and supports without adding pressure to conform to rigid protocols. While I’m taking a holiday break before my next orthopedic surgery in a couple of months, I will definitely return to the Ottawa, IL location.

My therapist, Becky, and her team, tailored my knee replacement recovery program to my personal needs and progress. This no cookie cutter PT. I would recommend Athletico to anyone.

Our son was experiencing daily headaches as the result of a concussion. After several rounds of therapy elsewhere, we switched to AthletiCo. Kristen was amazing. She immediately started thinking outside of the box. She tried different exercises that weren’t done in his previous rounds of PT, including dry needling. Within a few weeks of his first appointment, our son’s headaches were almost all gone. We are thankful for Kristen’s creative approach to planning our son’s therapy and grateful for her care!

Excellent staff. They are caring and helpful. Myleigh was the lead and set a great exercise routine tailored to my needs. She stretched my neck to help get mobility. The stretching was very relaxing.

Just completed 9 weeks of PT at the Ottawa Athletico facility for my hip. Very pleased with the outcome and can't thank the entire staff at Athletico enough for assistance. The staff, from the receptionist to the therapists are welcoming and eager to help each and every visit. I was very impressed with their time spent identifying my problems and their willingness to listen to me to tailor my treatment plan to fit me and my changing needs. I would recommend the Ottawa facility to anyone in need of PT or similar treatment. Extra kudos to Ashley and Myleigh for assisting me during the majority of my treatment.

I’ve been a patient there twice now and both times were great. Kristen was my PT and she was very professional and consistent with all of the exercises throughout therapy. The whole staff there was very nice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been coming to Ottawa Athletico for quite some time- once after a car accident, and again years later after a shoulder injury/surgery. The facility is always clean and organized, and the staff is nothing but warm, personable, and accommodating to everyone’s needs. I honestly feel so comfortable here and have never questioned any treatment because of the staff taking extra time explaining everything and correcting my form to ensure I’m getting the best therapy for my shoulder. Highly recommend! Thank you all 🤗♥️
