I used to go to the Joliet location until our recent move. Friendly front desk staff, great nurse with a bedside manner that made me feel at ease, and Stacy was excellent. I had to have a biopsy, and she used minimally invasive procedures to minimize scarring. Would definitely recommend this office.

The staff is exceptional. The nurses did a great job explaining everything and make me feel at ease, and the doctor was friendly, professional, and did a wonderful job, taking care of my issues.

Staff was friendly and the lady Stacy was very good at her job. My procedure was totally painless, and I believe Stacy was very competent and yhorough.. I will and recommend pinnacle to others. My wife a former patient feels the same way. She too has sent others to pinnacle

This is a good place all the way around. First it's easy to get to, easy to park, paperwork is properly prepared, the physician is on time, my problems were addressed, and solutions implemented. Excellent

Dr. Yung is very experienced and professional. I had to have a patch of skin cancer removed and I was in-and-out in like 30 minutes. His nurse, Audrey is super nice too & so is his receptionist. It was a very positive experience.
