I emailed Monica Geiger 6/11/24 wanting to see if I can get scheduled for more pelvic floor therapy which I waited several weeks and got no respond back. I’m shocked because this establishment seemed very professional, will not refer anyone to this location ever! (Northwest Wellness Center)

The Northwest Wellness Center in Palatine, IL. the employees Tammy and Ruth were very nice and answered all of my questions. Dr. Pasquale is the best doctor they had on site. The employees and Dr. Pasquale took great care of me and told me exactly what to do next about my pain management. Dr. Pasquale and his team made sure that all my news mega were taken care of. Tammy and Ruth have an awesome personality, so when you first walk into the Northwest Wellness Center office in Palatine, IL. they make you feel at home and answers anything and everything you might have questions that need answers for. As far as Dr. Pasquale and the other doctors and therapist who work aside him they couldn’t have done a better job. They did everything they could plus more. Inside the Northwest Wellness Center is an entire area dedicated towards physical therapy. There are all types of top of the line machines where clients get to rehabilitate themselves back to normal. Along with the physical training and speaking with Dr. Pasquale, the client will be back on their feet and feeling like new after leaving this facility. I have personally been coming to Northwest Wellness Center and am greeted by the great Tammy and Ruth at the front counter. After speaking with them, I’m always feeling good and relaxed while waiting to see Dr. Pasquale about my pain management treatment. I’ve been coming to this facility for years and still to this day I come into the facility every other month for my own treatment Dr. Pasquale and I agreed upon. I highly recommend going to the Northwest Wellness Center, and you most definitely need to make an appointment through Tammy or Ruth to see Dr. Pasquale for yourself wether it’s for you or your whole family. It’s a great environment for everyone. I’m glad I found out about this place, because I would still be looking till this day for a nearby pain management clinic.
