I had an appointment and it was delayed by 1 hour, because they allowed other people, who were walk-ins, ahead of me. The receptionist also went out to lunch, and they didn't have anyone else watching the front desk. For the people that interacted with me, they were professional, however, they should acknowledge appointments ahead of walkins. Otherwise, I would have just come in sooner in the day instead of waited until my appointment time. Walked in on a Sunday morning with a terrible earache, previously was at Walgreens immediate care and was told my insurance wasn’t accepted there after waiting an hour and a half. Here my wait time was almost none. I was taken great care of from start to finish. Would highly recommend!

Very quick and efficient. We needed a school physical for my son, and we were able to schedule it for the next day. I think we were in and out in less than 40 minutes.

Everyone took great care of my son, who was diagnosed with a fracture. The speed of the visit and the care provided by everyone was exceptional. Thank you Eric, for providing a comfortable visit for my son!

Everyone was so nice to my 5 year old who needed staples in his head - could have been a traumatic experience for him but they all made him feel comfortable. We were able to get in and out very quickly without an appointment. Will definitely be coming back here for our next accident!

I literally just left this facility 2 hours ago with my son. Phenomenal nurse, PA, and staff. I left feeling like all of my concerns and all of my son's needs were met. Outstanding service! Thank you times a million! I can rest easy tonight knowing my son received the best possible care around.
