My first visit went very well. Staff was professional and helpful. Dr. Sato was knowledgeable and took the time to talk with me and listened to any of my concerns.
I usually hate going to doctors because the lobby feels very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. However, this office location is anything but that :) the doctor was very patient, a great listener, and super thorough with her diagnostics. Now I see why people come back to this.
On time and professional, as always
First visit was impressed with them liked my new Dr. very thorough and nice
Dr. Sato is the doctor you’d want to see if you have any problems. She took enough time to check my symptoms and gave me the proper medication. She’s very enthusiastic and very knowledgeable doctor.
Impressive office with high availability. I decided that my current primary care office is overloaded and too far away. I went on the hunt for a urgent care and primary care office near the house. One office was a gutter ball. Then I saw the Walgreens ad for Village Medical. Decided to give it a shot. Village Medical’s office is clean and modern from the entry point. The office has proper electronic medical records access and offers telehealth services. The waiting area has plenty of space and lo & behold no obnoxious loud TV constantly rolling the news. It’s got medical content much like you would find at an Advocate Medical Group office. The office even has a lot of design elements that feel “Advocate Medical Group” type. Going into the back was actually early. I arrived early and they took me in early. A very efficiently running office. The back end is clean and spacious with no hallway clutter. Laboratory services are readily available which means you don’t need to leave your clinic room for blood draws (a downside to Advocates offices is you have to go down a level to their phlebotomy area and wait AGAIN for a lab tech) here you don’t. They bring in the blood draw equipment to your clinic room. The patient care staff from front desk to nursing staff to physicians are very kind professional and ready to engage in most conversation. They want the clinical experience to be calm and a more “we know you and we want to be more than just your doctors. We are your care providers and want to know your lifestyle” The office gains a full 5 star score from me. Bathrooms were not interacted with and so were not reviewed. Will update this next time I interact with their lavatory. If it’s anything like the rest of the office I assume it’s spic & span and ready to serve.
Very pleased with the whole operation. Dr. Sato was very thorough and attentive. Staff was excellent, too. Office is modern, clean, state of the art,
Great personal attention from staff & Dr Halloran always has time to listen about any concerns health wise. Great team.
Very good
This was the first time I have ever felt really seen and heard by a doctor. Dr. Maki Sato was wonderful, empathetic, and truly gave her full, undivided attention during my visit. All staff were fabulous, and I really can’t recommend this office enough!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
