Great service

Great place to rehab. Mike S. is the best. I went there with a sore back and discovered that Mike is extremely knowledgeable about the muscles and body movements used in a golf swing. I now have a simple Pre-Round routine and had my best round ever after visit and a pep talk from Mike. thanks!

My husband, Ted, had right knee surgery and came to PT very weak from pain & other issues. Today was his last day And he left happy & feeling like he can move & function normally again. All of the therapists were great but his special favorite was Mike Shay who truly treated Ted like family. Mike encouraged Ted & made him work. We both say a big thank you.

I have been working with Cheryl for weeks on my hips. She is super knowledgeable and works you hard.

Cheryl is terrific! My daughter turned her ankle playing basketball at South. Cheryl put her through so many exercises and my daughters confidence in her healing ankle sky rocketed. I’d recommend Cheryl to anyone!

I received services from the Palos Heights facility, Michael Shay, therapist snd manager. My dx was a L5 slipped disc. My oain began in March. i could not bend over, kneel, had numbness in my legs and could not turn on my side to sleep. I started treatment the end of March and all of April at another out of state facility. I began therapy with Athletico in May. Mike Shay was my therapist and treated me from May through the end of June , 2X weekly ! He was extremely thorough in his explanation of what was going on in my lower back even to the extent of drawing a physical diagram of my spine and the targeted areas affected. His therapy services were spot on! After each treatment I felt some relief and with each session improvement was noted. His home program helped me maintain my progress. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I noted the other therapists were as Mike was, very dedicated to each client that walked in for treatment. The aides that were assisting with the execution of various exercises were hard workers and ensured the clients did the exercise as they were directed. From the therapists to the receptionists this Athletico was efficient, effective, professional, welcoming, and dedicated to its clients! I still do my exercise home program and am happy to report my back issue has resolved. I am very grateful. As a retired Director of Special Services and having had OTs, PTs and other service providers under my direction, I would without any reservation, give this team an excellent rating! Thank you Mike Shay and team!

Great Facility! Mike Shay has to be one of the best PT’s I’ve had the pleasure to work with. This is my second issue and he has gotten me back to healthy both times. Thanks to the rest of the staff as well!

Jim is the best he helped my mom out with her knee he’s very nice and sweet super easy to talk to I would definitely recommend if your hurt or you sprained something he’s therapy sessions are one of a kind

Considering I did not want to go to PT, I was happy I went after initial consult! Mike is a great therapist & was very helpful, also explained in detail the issue I was having! All the staff here were excellent! It was a very positive experience, which was unexpected!

Absolutely loved the staff and Jim. Very knowledgeable staff and very helpful. Went in for neck and shoulder blade pain and feeling much better.
