Huyen was glad to be back getting treatments
Dr. Amelia and all the staff rock! They take their time with you, they’re patient and they explain everything. This is my first time having a chiropractor and they have mad this experience pleasant. 10/10 recommend!!!!
From my 1st visit and assessment on February 18th to getting my 2 adjustment on February 20th, I can already feel a difference in my body. The ladies there are very welcoming and explain everything in detail. I'm very excited to continue my wellness journey and getting my life back.
I was highly disappointed with my visit to Chiro One, I came a while back for the $20 intro visit and it consisted of a women putting me in a room alone to watch a video, then an X ray of my back, and then we discussed the X-Ray, while she had me do a few movements to show what she meant with each part of the X-Ray. The description she gave me of my x-ray made no sense at all, she stated that new bone was growing on the dying bone of my spine.... ok? I asked if I may take pictures of MY X-Rays and she said no, I told her I wanted them to show my doctor and parents and she fought me on it. She said no one is allowed to have copies of their X-rays, after a few minutes she finally let me take picture when I reiterated I wanted to send them to my parents. Afterward, she told me all the treatment plans and memberships with pricing. I explained that I am still young, a college student, and don't make medical or financial decisions without consulting my parents. She seemed annoyed and started pushing saying she would give me the treatment plan she recommended for half the price if I signed up right now. Once again I stated I do not make medical or financial decisions, especially with a membership over $1000 without my parents insight. She said fine, call them now, and left the room. I was a bit shocked, she came back a while later and kept pushing if I had called and if I was ready to sign up. I said no not today, i'll think about it and she pushed further, stating that if I don't sign up today the offer for half off goes away and i'll have to redo the $20 intro. She was very pushy and annoyed that I didn't want to sign up that day, trying numerous tactic like taking off more money and repeating her previous statement that the deal for half off ends when I left. Overall a very weird experience, and at no point did I get adjusted or helped, simply had X-Rays done and was bombarded to sign up for a membership. Will not be returning and do not recommend.
Great place to seek healing of the spine. They help me to go back to work full time. I wouldn’t have made it without them.

I have spinal stenosis. This is a chronic condition that usually requires pain injections and or surgeries. I have been under the care of Dr. Felicia and she is a God send!! Her techniques are so effective! I do not require any injections and I have excellent mobility.
