Facility in Chicago Ridge is a nightmare!!!! Parking is horrendous. Signage (or lack of0 for the Lab is nonexistence - a lot of wasted walking, time & energy, especially for a person who is handicapped /disabled. The waiting room is small & not conducive for the inevitable lung waiting times. The exam room was comfortable. My visit with Dr Suby Rao was very professional & he listened to my many concerns.

My husband is Dr. Rao's patient. From his very first appointment, we have been very comfortable and extremely satisfied with the care and concern shown to him. Dr. Rao never hurries us out of the office, and yet is very thorough. The staff has always been polite and pleasant and have addressed any questions in a timely manner.

Dr Rao has always been my go to for every question. He still is and has been my favorite doctor. He is compassionate, kind, but yet to the point. He explains everything. I am a nurse and value his expertise and bedside manner. I have recommended him to numerous friends and family.
