I had several issues with my hands. He was very pleasant & knowledgeable. Got X-rays, injections, 2 different splits, watched videos. Need 1 more test then we'll see if we need to do more. Very happy with my visit

I disliked him & the staff. I found him really impersonable. His staff was super unhelpful. They were unconcerned about misplacing my operative reports & therefore, totally incompetent. The Dr. contradicted what he told me at the 1st visit (as far as the surgeries he'd be able to do on my left hand). They lost/ couldn't find my previous operative reports that I worked EXTREMELY HARD to get from my last surgeon. I was allowed to get an appointment (after the schedule setter told me they finally received the operative reports. I had been waiting months for this 2nd appt. just to follow up with this Dr. When I finally got to see him, he now told me there's probably nothing he can even do for me & to go back to my last surgeon Bcuz he "doesn't think" he'd even be able to do anything for my hand. I'm now at least thankful to know what incompetent unintelligent individuals work at that place. Due to their incompetence they lost money that they would've made had I had surgery through that organization. So it's their loss. Also, something really bad may have happened to me. Find a place that treats you with kindness & shows concern for you. Good luck everyone.

Dr Fakouri thoroughly reviewed my problem, options that were available, answered all my questions. He and team had me watch a short video that gave more details on my issue, which also provided excellent visuals. I was in and out of his practice in 30 minutes, with x-rays. If you are a new patient add another 10min for paperwork.
