From the moment the UroGyn Clinic door opens and a smiling nurse invites me in to take my weight, BP, and temperature, and I was then asked how was my health doing and was there anything new I needed the doctor to know? This was the beginning of being made to feel like a family member and it really made any stress go away. I was then taken to visit with the wonderful Dr. Menchaca. (His) medical and surgical knowledge is outstanding to the degree that when the visit was over I knew that he had done, and is still doing the very best for correcting the problem I was seeing him for. He also asked me to call him if I thought of anything later, before my next visit. Isn't that what we want from our doctors? Thank you Dr. Menchaca and your nurses for taking care of me.Just a note, when I leave your office, even if I need more help, I always have a smile on my face. Helen

Would definitely recommend dr. Menchaca, I was having issues and couldn't get an appointment elsewhere for months. He cleared his schedule that day to see me. Did testing that same day. Is taking an interest in another issue I'm having that is getting me nowhere with the doctor that discovered my issue, its nothing to do with his profession but he's looking into it to help me. When other doctors could care less... Highly recommended!!!! If he asks or notices another issue not in his profession he still recommends what to do and who to see. He fixed my issue that other doctors for years couldn't or didn't even try to. He's great!!!!

I was very impressed by the care I got there. Both nurse and the doctor were very personable very easy to talk to and and took time with me to make sure I understood everything. They made me feel like I was their only patient that day. I am recommending Dr Menchaca to my friends. Thank you for a positive experience, I look forward to the continued care I will be receiving.

Dr. Menchaca spent almost an hour explaining everything to my entire family. I believe he cares about his patients more than any doctor I’ve ever seen. His nurse is exceptional. I have already made recommendations to my friends. Paris hospital should feel very blessed to have his practice at the hospital.

He was only concerned with my weight. He told me I needed to just stop eating. I could go for 2 weeks without food, easily. This was the main conversation and he only briefly discussed my reason for seeing him. He made me feel very bad about myself.
