Dr. Olson was fantastic. The first surgeon said I would be living in pain and didn’t require surgery and basically didn’t diagnose my issue correctly. I got a second opinion from Dr. Olson at the recommendation of a friend. Dr. Olson helped me understand that my wrist was in fact unstable and will not heal on its own and would eventually need surgery at some point. He did NOT pressure me one way or another and told me to go home and think about it. The surgery was very successful and I am back to mountain biking, golfing and other hobbies and the joint is stronger than ever. Thank you!!!

Very smooth operation, carpal and ulna. IHC surgery Heber City was terrific. Problem is billing. IHC uses private contractors, as Dr. Olson, therefore Dr. is paid on one claim, and IHC on another. IHC billing is also a private contractor. Great hospital, lousy administration IMHO. Dr. Olson is very efficient - five stars. IHC gets less

Horrible experience, I didn’t even get the appointment before making the judgment call. I made the appointment over a month ago. When I called to verify the appointment the day before Lauri informed me not only was there no appointment for me. But the agent who scheduled it was fired in July. The office honored the appointment and told me I would receive a phone call before my appointment to a zoom link with my phone on full blast no phone calls came in. Checked email and there was a link from over 30 mins prior. I called the office. And lauri kept cutting me off. Or speaking over me. Telling me I was called 2x and I did not answer. It was my fault I didn’t refresh my email every second for 3 hours until I got the zoom link as my appointment could of happened any time between 6 am - 9 am she took no responsibility for it as it was just my fault. She transferred me back to the medical staff where I left a 4th um replied to message and when I called back to make another appointment I’m told the wait is now 2 months out and I would be REQUIRED to be in clinic she (lauri) refused to work with me and my disability of not being able to drive / walk much on my own and needing tele visit. All she could tell me was to watch my tone after which point she was not understand how upset I was over the fact that I need to have surgery. It’s a guaranteed surgery 3 other doctors already confirmed I heard great reviews about dr. Olsen if his staff staff doesn’t want to bill my issue 50-150K$ that’s on them I’ve made several attempts in trying to get in contact

Dr Olson is the best. I severely broke my wrist while mountain biking. Dr. Olson provide swift and skilled surgical services for a radial distal fracture. After only just 4 weeks after surgery I have a full range of motion with minimal discomfort. I am well on my way to a full and complete recovery. I feel extremely fortunate to have been treated by Dr Olson and his staff. Thank You!

One time I got smacked in the head with a hockey stick. He stitched me up nice a quick and it felt great. Great service.
