William B Pidwell's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Pidwell not only injured me more, but then yelled at me until I cried because I said what he was doing was hurting me. He’s had my MRI results for weeks but never called with the results. My retired-lawyer father heard Dr. Pidwell yelling at me through the phone when I called him for assistance, as I had never been put in that sort of position before. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

I went to see Dr. Pidwell today and to say the least I left very upset. After taking x rays for a hip that has been hurting me for almost 9 months to the point it’s painful to walk I was rushed out the door. Dr. Pidwell entered the room asked some questions moved my right hip once, moved my left hip once and that was it for examination. And did not even feel around or move my left hip anymore which has been so painful. He told me to try physical therapy. I feel like I was not given the time or attention that a dr should give a patient to me it felt like ok I’ve made my money move on to the next patient. I would NOT RECCOMEND Dr. Pidwell if your looking for real attention and care for your pain.

Dr. Pidwell was extremely patient, encouraging and informative with a foot injury I sustained in Spring of 2019. He was extremely empathetic and gave me the tools I needed to recover and get back to 100% Very professional, personable and genuinely cared about my well-being. I don't always plan to get injured, but if I do, I will certainly go back to this clinic ;-)

Dr. Pidwell is very knowledgable and spends whatever time you need to go through your issue. Clearly explains results and recommended course of treatment and expected results. I would highly recommend him

Dr. Pidwell is a godsend. He is keeping me on my feet with biannual shots in my knee. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. Besides that, he's a nice guy too!

I developed a weird joint pain, primarily in my knees. I went to Dr Pidwell, he diagnosed it correctly, put me at ease and I am back to normal without any medication. He was great.

Dr. Pidwell very honestly told me, after reviewing the x-rays, that the treatment I requested would not yield any positive result.

I have known Dr. Pidwell for more than ten years dating back to the days where we worked together on the Deer Valley ski patrol team. He is amazingly calm, deliberate, and empathetic while treating your orthopedic injury. Recently, I re-injured my elbow. He is the only doctor I trust when it comes to bone/joint trauma (and arthritis).

I've been a orthopedic/sports physical therapist for 20+ years and I've learned to recognize which MD's have that unique combination of medical expertise and also provide high quality patient care. Dr. Pidwell is one of those guys. So it's easy for me to refer my friends and patients to see Bill because I know they will be well informed and taken care of. In fact he's been my go to guy whenever I've been injured or have medical questions. All around great MD!

So thankful to have had and will continue to have Dr. Pidwell at my doctor. Goodness knows I've had to have a lot of surgeries but when surgery was not necessary I was so thankful to have him by my side and get me the treatment best for me. It's always a bonus when your doctor has incredible bedside manner and is compassionate and supportive!
