List of Advocate Lutheran General Breast Health's Reviews
The tech that did my mammogram was so rough and I asked her to get another tech. They came in and were very rude. I got dressed and left. Ladies, do yourself a favor and go to the facility on Rand Rd in Des Plaines. They are much more compassionate. Thanks Magdelina for your excellent service
I wish I can do a split review. The woman who called pushed for me to get an appointment scheduled right away. She asked me if it was a good time to talk and I said no. She demanded to know why not so I hung up the phone (this would have been the one star review part) I called back 10 minutes later and spoke with another woman. I explained that I was getting ready for my dad’s wake and did not appreciate the first woman’s attitude. The second woman apologized and got me scheduled. I went in and another Advocate employee got me checked in
I made an appointment by phone weeks in advance. Read exact wording of exam needed on doctors order. Checked in at 645a for 7a appt and at 710a they told me my appointment did not match the doctor's order. The had weeks to do some kind of quality control on that. People take off work, it is not easy to reschedule because of others errors. Who knows if they would do the what is needed correct.
Que mala experiencia del personal con actitud, no profesional. Llame varias veces para hacer una cita y mil pretextos puso Valery, espero tener mi cita programada cuando vuelva a llamar 🤬🙄
Went for Biopsy and everyone was super nice from check in, nurses, doctors it was a comfortable atmosphere and they were amazing during the procedure keeping me calm. I would definitely recommend.
They send an email asking you to complete paperwork for pre check in and then ask you for the same info when you get there. Not a problem except that they now have one of those filthy kiosks that everyone touches. I have to wear a mask yet do a self check in at a kiosk that every patient touches. Why not get rid of the people behind the desk if we're going to do their job?
Lutheran General has the most miserable people I have ever met. Doctor who did my biopsy was downright cruel. I hate this place.
I’ve been going here for years! They’re always very friendly, kind, caring and the techs help make the experience as pleasant as it can be. When I had my annual mammogram yesterday, I felt at ease, cared for, and we even laughed a bit. My results were in super fast and my follow up ultrasound is already scheduled.
This is a dysfunctional office. Run away if you can. They are extremely rude from the front desk all the way up to the surgeon (Dr. Anna Katz). If you end up with an abnormal mammogram they will jump at the opportunity to cut you up and then hold onto the results for way too many days than is necessary. When you call to follow up, they act like it’s your problem. Stay away!
Very bad experience They didn’t know what they are doing I’m don’t recommended

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
