This is our second visit to this clinic and the wait is extremely LONG !!!!! Over 2 hours to see the doctor ! Unbelievable; maybe it’s time to find another doctor.

DR Kaplan is an excellent eye doctor. He does a complete exam and I feel my eyes are in good hands. Hes done surgery on me for glaucoma. He’s easy to talk to and very personable and caring.

He always takes the extra time to make sure my vision is the best it can be. I was scheduled for a six-month follow-up, but when I mentioned I had excessive floaters in one eye, he changed it to a full eye exam. He wanted to examine my retina for a possible tare and made the time in his already busy schedule. I appreciate Dr. Kaplan and would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Kaplan examines my eyes so thoroughly, and he has all the latest equipment to let him know how my eyes are doing. All this is especially important to me as I have some health issues. I feel reassured when I leave his office.

Dr. Kaplan seems knowledgeable and thorough. Unfortunately, he has a poor bedside manner and a lack of patience. He seems irritated with questions asked and he keeps sternly telling the patient that they are not staying still and keeps pushing their head and face. Yes, it is important to be in the correct position for an exam but he is definitely rough. He needs to reflect on his mannerism as he interacts with patients. Due to his mannerism, I will not continue as his patient.

DR. KAPLAN IS MY FAVORITE DOCTOR. HE DOES A COMPLETE EXAM AND FEEL AS THOUGH MY EYES ARE IN GREAT HANDS. HE IS ALSO VERY PERSONABLE AND WE COULD EASILY BE FRIENDS OUTSIDE OF OUR DOCTOR-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP.
