Worst dermatologist ever! He was apprehensive in getting close up and really examining and running appropriate tests. as previous dermatologists have done regarding my skin cancer concerns and history. Dr Stokar is very unprofessional in behavior and not thorough at all, poor attitude as well. I ended up at Northwestern with much better dermatology in Chicago. I do not recommend this doctor.

I am a new patient of Dr. Stokar's and was very pleased with his skills and personality. He did a very thorough exam and explained what he was seeing to me. His assistant Sidra was also excellent. I was seen right on time and the office staff was pleasant.

I make a appointment and I came to hospital but Dr. Evan didn’t see me. He is refused because of I have BlueCross BlueShield insurance !!! I Said Ok I’ll pay in my pocket because I came from long distance!!! But Still Refused Because Of BlueCross BlueShield member !!! What a day unbelievable!!!

Dr. Stokar was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable!! He listened to to both my medical and cosmetic concerns, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The office was very nice, and after a few days following the treatment I received I already see an improvement! Highly recommend Dr. Stokar.

I have never had such a wonderful experience at a doctor's office. Both Dr. Stokar, and before him, his Physician's Assistant, treated me professionally and much more. Dr. Stokar made me feel at ease almost instantly. He was knowledgeable and easy-going. He took a small biopsy off my upper lip with no pain, and minimal scarring. He froze a few AKs off of me with his liquid nitrogen gun, and the results were breathtaking. I would not hesitate to recommend him to a family member, a friend, or a complete stranger. If only all of my health care practitioners were like this!

I won't be returning to this doctor or this practice. Dr. Evan Stokar was rushed and absolutely negligent in his assessment and treatment of two major issues that required his expertise. The first was that I've had two squamous cell carcinomas (large areas) surgically removed, and two precancerous spots also removed beginning in 2015 through 2019. A spot on my leg appeared to be precancerous and looked exactly like the two prior spots (pre-C); however, when I tried to point it out to him and get his opinion, he said: "That's nothing," as he was running out of the examining room door, and I didn't see him look at my leg while he was rushing away. The second issue, is that I believe he was advised pre-visit, to humor me regarding what has been a year-long pest infestation in my apartment, with biting insects and/or vectors (spiders, ticks, mites, arthropods, and the like), confirmed by a licensed exterminator with 32 years of experience, as he appeared concerned and told me he would pre
