List of Ignite Medical Resorts's Reviews
So far that I've seen, Ignite is a good place to be. Friendly reception, good-size room and clean.
Well it's very beautiful facility. The staff is very nice. My husband has no complaints.
I am confused by the positive reviews. My mother was in this facility June-July 2023. It was a horrible experience. They are understaffed and the staff that is there is too overworked to want to deal with patients. My mom got many bed sores during her stay here which inhibited her progress. The case worker that completed her release never arranged for home care as he said he would. We had to do that all ourselves once we realized he did not do his job. I would NEVER let any loved one go to this facility.
My mother is here now. This is the most miserable place we've ever been. It LOOKS great. But it ends there. She waits an hour for a bedpan. They barely clean her after, and she's complaining about how sore she is because of it. They lost her phone once. FYI , mom doesn't have legs anymore so she can't do much at all. Don't like the meal you got? Too bad, here's a fig newton for the diabetic. Mom's hair is knotted, she hasn't been washed since she's been here, 2 weeks tomorrow. I'm here now and she asked for her pain meds a half hour ago, still don't have it. She's crying every time she calls me and just bursts into tears while I'm here but no mental health care. Her eyes have changed color but no one has addressed that either. Mom is very large and they don't have "briefs" to fit her so she sits in urine waiting hours for a change. When I come here to visit, I see more employees than I can count standing near a desk, or sitting in one of the common areas. The bed she's in makes horribly loud noises moving. She's not told what meds she's being given. I could go on and on, but I'm here with her now and she needs me more than this. How is it even possible for this place to be so bad?
My mom stayed at the Ignite Medical Resort Nursing home . Korbin CNA , Anna Medical Records and James from the kitchen and other direct staff were very helpful and helped my mom with direct care. There were a lot of glitches at the beginning but with their help they were all resolved. I also work at a nursing home so I can compare both. I give them overall 5 stars .
Awesome staff on second floor and first floor Maria the receptionist on the day shift does an awesome job
Feeling very positive about IGNITE after family meeting with staff members. Thank you for the warm, generous care you are providing my sister. David Z.
Great experience with the team at Ignite
Cleanliness and PT saves this review. I did have 2 other negative reviews that I did remove, but that does not mean they have turned around. Place is still severely understaffed especially CNA. Not
Great place to go for rehab with my knee replacement. Their PT staff Gus & Carol helped me with stair climbing and walking and their Diathermy machine help with the swelling behind my knee and the muscle spams on the inside of my thigh. Their OT staff Jennifer & trainee Maggie helped me with standing in place for periods of time and my upper body strength. Food was good. Nursing staff very pleasant and caring. Mona was one on my aides that helped me with safety in the showers. Staying there after my surgery gave me the confidence to know I could get back to my life at home.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
